Stand-by Duty. 10.1 Each member covered by this Agreement, including Cadets, who is directed to stand by for duty, while off duty, for any reason, shall be paid at the rate of three (3) hours for each twenty-four (24) hours or part thereof until notified to stand down. Payment for such stand-by time shall be paid to the member on a bi-weekly basis.
