Stand-by Duty. All members of the Service shall receive three (3) hours pay at the regular rate for each twenty-four (24) hour period, or part thereof, of stand-by duty, in addition to overtime, if any, as defined in sub-sections 13-01,13-02, 13-03 and 13-04.
