Standard Budget Detail and Payment Provisions. A. Invoicing and Payment 1. For services satisfactorily rendered, and upon receipt and approval of the invoices, the State agrees to compensate the Contractor for services delivered according to attachment A- Scope of Work in accordance with the rates in Exhibit B-1. 1. Deliverable Acceptance or Rejection 1. Payment for tasks performed under this contract shall be deliverable based. 2. Invoice must be submitted upon completion of each deliverable identified. 3. It shall be the CalVet’s sole determination as to whether a deliverable has been successfully completed and is acceptable to the Calvet. Signed acceptance is required from Calvet’s Project Director before processing an invoice for payment. 4. All invoices must be accompanied by a CalVet approved deliverable acceptance document (DAD). If an invoice is submitted without an approved DAD, CalVet’s Accounting department will take no action until said document is received. 5. Project costs related to items such as mileage, lodging and meals to the designated base of operation for the engagement are costs to be included within the contractor rate sheet. All travel costs are to be paid per State rates and a receipt required. 2. Budget Contingency Clause 1. It is mutually agreed that if the Budget Act of the current year and/or any subsequent years covered under this Agreement does not appropriate sufficient funds for the program, this Agreement shall be of no further form and effect. In this event, the State shall have no liability to pay any funds whatsoever to Contractor or to furnish any other considerations under this Agreement and Contractor shall not be obligated to perform any provisions of this Agreement. 2. If funding for any fiscal year is reduced or deleted by the Budget Act for purposes of this program, the State shall have the option to either cancel this Agreement with no liability occurring to the State, or offer an Agreement amendment to Contractor to reflect the reduced amount.   • Attachment B, Payment Provisions The payment provisions are amended as follows:

  • General Payment Provisions All payments of Obligations shall be made in Dollars, without offset, counterclaim or defense of any kind, free of (and without deduction for) any Taxes, and in immediately available funds, not later than 12:00 noon on the due date. Any payment after such time shall be deemed made on the next Business Day. Any payment of a LIBOR Loan prior to the end of its Interest Period shall be accompanied by all amounts due under Section 3.9. Any prepayment of Loans shall be applied first to Base Rate Loans and then to LIBOR Loans.

  • Compensation and Payment Terms (a) Contractor’s fees for the Services shall be calculated at the rate(s) set forth in Exhibit “A” attached hereto. The Maximum Compensation to Contractor for the Services performed under this Agreement is Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($25,000.00). In no event shall the amount paid by County to Contractor under this Agreement exceed said Maximum Compensation without an approved change order. (b) Contractor understands and agrees that the Maximum Compensation stated is an all-inclusive amount and no additional fee, cost or reimbursed expense shall be added whatsoever to the fees stated in the attached Exhibit “A.” (c) County will pay Contractor based on the following procedures: Upon completion of the tasks identified in the Scope of Services, Contractor shall submit to County staff person designated by the County Engineer, one (1) electronic (pdf) copy of the invoice(s) showing the amounts due for services performed in a form acceptable to County. County shall review such invoice(s) and approve them within 30 calendar days with such modifications as are consistent with this Agreement and forward same to the Auditor for processing. County shall pay each such approved invoice within thirty (30) calendar days. County reserves the right to withhold payment pending verification of satisfactory work performed.

  • CFR PART 200 Contract Provisions Explanation Required Federal contract provisions of Federal Regulations for Contracts for contracts with ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members: The following provisions are required to be in place and agreed if the procurement is funded in any part with federal funds. The ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members are the subgrantee or Subrecipient by definition.   • Calculation and Payment Interest on LIBOR Loans and all other Obligations and the amount of any fees set forth in Subsection 1.4 shall be calculated on the basis of a three hundred sixty (360) day year for the actual number of days elapsed.
