Standing Committee Meetings. All members and officers serving on Association Standing Committees shall have the right to leave their building in time for the meeting to convene at 3:20 P.M. Standing committees are Representative Council, Superintendent/XXX Xxxxxxx, Professional Rights and Responsibilities (Grievance), Negotiations, and Instruction and Professional Development.

Standing Committee Meetings. The parties agree to establish union/management meetings to be held every second month at a date and time determined by the Company. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss work related issues and concerns. Three (3) union representatives will attend and will be paid at straight time rates for two (2) hours.

Standing Committee Meetings. Each Standing Committee will recommend to the Governing Board an annual schedule of meetings that provides for no less than two (2) meetings per each year of the Term. Each Standing Committee will designate a chair or co-chairs from among its membership to lead meetings of the Committee and report on its activities and recommendations to the Governing Board. Special meetings may be called at the discretion of the chair of each Standing Committee. All meetings of the Standing Committees, and notices thereof, will comply with the Illinois Open Meetings Act (5 ILCS 120/1 et. seq.).

  • Committee Meetings Subject to Article 19.3(1) and unless the directors otherwise provide in the resolution appointing the committee or in any subsequent resolution, with respect to a committee appointed under Articles 19.1 or 19.2:

  • Standing Committee Standing Committees shall be maintained in the following manner:

  • Standing Committees A. The parties agree to participate in collaborative committee work structured as follows to improve workplace conditions, including but not limited to insurance, supplemental salary options (Article 7.2), professional development (LPDC) (Article 6.11(F)), Master Teacher, Association/ Administration Council, evaluation (OTES), career lattice, calendar (Article 8.1) and any and all other contractual issues.

  • Steering Committee The Project Manager shall set up a Steering Committee for the Project, consisting of representatives from the Department, the Contractor, and any other key organisations whom the project will impact on, to be agreed between the parties. The function of the Steering Committee shall be to review the scope and direction of the Project against its aims and objectives, monitor progress and efficiency, and assess, manage and review expected impact and use of the findings from the Project. The Committee shall meet at times and dates agreed by the parties, or in the absence of agreement, specified by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall report their views on the progress of the Project to the Steering Committee in writing if requested by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall attend all meetings of the Steering Committee unless otherwise agreed by the Department.

  • Staffing Committee A. Responsibilities. The Nurse Staffing Committee (“NSC”) shall be responsible for determining the Institute’s staffing plan and resolving complaints raised by nurses regarding the implementation of the plan as well as those activities required of it under RCW 70.41, et seq and its successors.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Operating Committee the Consortium’s managing body, composed of representatives of the Manager and the Contractors, pursuant to Annex XI.

  • Monitoring Committee The Monitoring Committee shall be established within six months of the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding. Its role is stipulated in the Regulation, in particular Article 4.4 thereof.

  • Joint Committee 1. The Contracting Parties shall establish a Joint Committee (hereinafter referred to as “the Committee”) with a view to accomplishing the objectives of this Agreement. The functions of the Committee shall be:
