Startup/Commissioning. A. Provide plant/system startup assistance services as needed. This scope of services assumes a total of 30 days for startup/commissioning support by one full-time equivalent (FTE).

Startup/Commissioning. The ESCO shall conduct a thorough and systematic performance test of each element and total system of the installed ECM in accordance with Schedule A, and demonstrate that the ECM complies with the requirements of the Contract Documents. ESCO shall incorporate any Customer required changes into the commissioning plan for the ECM. The tests shall be performed by the commissioning entity designated in Schedule A, or, if no entity is designated, a qualified commissioning entity reasonably acceptable to the Customer. The ESCO shall provide advance written notice of at least ten (10) business days to the Customer of the scheduled test(s), and all tests shall be scheduled at times convenient to the Customer at no additional cost. The Customer shall have the right to designate representatives to be present at any or all such tests including representatives of the manufacturers of the ECMs. The ESCO, or its Subcontractor(s), shall correct or adjust all deficiencies in operation of the ECMs identified during the course of the tests described in this Section. The ESCO shall provide to the Customer a description of the ongoing training requirements for the Site's operations and maintenance personnel necessary to maintain proper ECM performance after Final Acceptance.

The Contractor shall provide advance written notice of at least ten (10) business days to the Owner of the scheduled test(s). The Owner shall have the right to designate representatives to be present at any or all such tests including representatives of the manufacturers of the Conservation Measures. The Contractor, or its Subcontractor(s), shall correct or adjust all deficiencies in operation of the Conservation Measures identified during the course of the tests described in this Section. The Contractor shall provide to the Owner a description of the ongoing training requirements for the Site's operations and maintenance personnel necessary to maintain proper Conservation Measure performance after Final Acceptance.

  • Commissioning Commissioning tests of the Interconnection Customer's installed equipment shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards. If the Interconnection Customer is not proceeding under Section 2.3.2, the Utility must be given at least ten (10) Business Days written notice, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties, of the tests and may be present to witness the commissioning tests.

  • Decommissioning The expenditure for Decommissioning will be estimated on the basis of technical studies undertaken by the Contractor, to be agreed by the National Petroleum Agency, as part of each Field Development Program and revised as necessary.

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least thirty (30) days written notice to the SLDC and GUVNL, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

Additionally, any portion of the Investment not used and accounted for in accordance with this Agreement as of the Project Completion Date or earlier termination is repayable by the Applicant to AI at AI’s request.

  • Contract Closure Contracting Officer shall give appropriate written notice to Purchaser when Purchaser has complied with the terms of this contract. Purchaser shall be paid refunds due from Timber Sale Account un- der B4.24 and excess cooperative deposits under B4.218.
