In the event of Xxxxxx’s failure to comply any of the above non-discrimination covenants, City shall have the right to terminate the lease.

State Discrimination Laws. Summit County is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Service Provider agrees to comply with UCA Title 13, Chapter 7, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, ancestry, or national origin. If any assignment or subcontracting has been authorized by the County, said assignment or subcontract shall include appropriate safeguards against discrimination. Service Provider shall take such action as may be required to ensure full compliance with the provisions of this paragraph.
