STREETSCAPE PLAN. The Owner COVENANTS AND AGREES to: install trees within the rights of way of all streets to be dedicated to the City in accordance with the approved landscape plan; provide security in an amount shown in Schedule D to the City to ensure compliance with the street tree planting requirements for this Agreement; plant trees having a minimum caliper of sixty millimeters (60mm); and coordinate the approved landscape plan with the approved utility plan. Maintain and post a copy of the Streetscape Plan in any home sales office/online for prospective home buyers to view.
STREETSCAPE PLAN. The Streetscape Plan shall provide an overview of all proposed hardscape, landscape, street trees, public right-of-way improvements, transformer vaults, and street furnishings, and, shall be incorporated into the plans dated May 06, 2013, and stamped “EXHIBIT B” included in the docket for Case No. 2009.0886C. The final Streetscape Plan shall be submitted to the Planning Department prior to approval of the Architectural Addenda of the Building Permit Application for the MOB. Those features included on the Streetscape Plan shall be maintained in a safe and attractive manner. The final Streetscape Plan shall be submitted to the Department prior to approval of the Architectural Addenda of the Building Permit Application for the MOB, and shall provide an overview of all proposed hardscape, landscape, street trees, public right-of-way improvements, transformer vaults, and street furnishings. CPMC shall update its Streetscape Plan accordingly to be consistent with adjustments to the BRT plan. Those features included on the Streetscape Plan shall be maintained in a safe and attractive manner. STREETSCAPE PLAN. The streetscape plan will be coordinated with traffic, environmental and other disciplines to achieve a practical vision. The plan will form the basis of future street design guidelines with clear multi-modal priorities articulated and opportunities for high-quality public realm experiences identified. Our streetscape team will ensure that recommendations are consistent with linkBURBANK, Burbank2035, and Metro’s Draft First Mile/Last Mile Strategic Plan. Our team recognizes that the perception and success of a place is driven by the character, authenticity, and quality of its public realm. Our team will make use of planned community events and walking tours to elicit aspirations and preferences from stakeholders, while also sharing precedent images from exceptional urban streets and places.

  • Accreditation of Online Schools The District will implement a system of accrediting its online schools, as defined in section 22-30.7- 102(9.5), C.R.S. This system shall adhere to section 00-00-000, C.R.S., including a review of the online school’s alignment to the quality standards outlined in section 22-30.7-105(3)(b), C.R.S., and compliance with statutory or regulatory requirements, in accordance with section 22-30.7-103(3)(m), C.R.S.

  • Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.

  • Street Lighting 4.4.1 The Developer shall provide streetlights for the entire Subdivision at his sole expense. The type of lighting standard, pole spacing, and installation shall be per Memphis Light, Gas and Water standards. Memphis Light Gas and Water shall bill the City for installation of street lighting per its standards.
