Structure of Reasonable Workload Committees. (a) Upon request by the Association, nurse(s) employed in a HammondCare Health and Hospital establishment, or HammondCare, a Reasonable Workload Committee shall be established for the relevant hospital. Such requests shall be made to the Director of Nursing/Operations Manager of the relevant site. Where circumstances warrant and are conducive to the efficient delivery of services, a Reasonable Workload Committee may be established by agreement between the Association and HammondCare that covers more than one HammondCare Health and Hospital establishment . Upon request by the Association or an employer a reasonable workload committee shall also be established for the relevant Local Health Network.

Structure of Reasonable Workload Committees. (a) Upon request by the Association, nurse(s) employed in a public hospital, or public health organisation or the employer, a Reasonable Workload Committee shall be established for the relevant public hospital or public health organisation. Such requests shall be made to the Chief Executive Officer of the public health organisation. Where circumstances warrant and are conducive to the efficient delivery of services, a Reasonable Workload Committee may be established by agreement between the Association and the employer that covers more than one public hospital or public health organisation.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Staffing Committee A. Responsibilities. The Nurse Staffing Committee (“NSC”) shall be responsible for determining the Institute’s staffing plan and resolving complaints raised by nurses regarding the implementation of the plan as well as those activities required of it under RCW 70.41, et seq and its successors.

  • TRANSITION COMMITTEE 8.1.0 A transition committee comprised of the employee representatives and the employer representatives, including the Crown, will be established by January 31, 2016 to address all matters that may arise in the creation of the Trust.

  • Project Steering Committee (a) The Recipient shall establish and maintain at all times until the completion of the Project, the Project Steering Committee with a composition, mandate and resources satisfactory to the Association.

  • Committee Work All time spent by employees on Employer established committees and committees mentioned in this contract (including side letters) shall be considered time worked and shall be paid at the appropriate rate of pay. Time spent on committee work will not be counted towards the calculation of overtime.

  • Negotiating Committee The Hospital agrees to recognize a Negotiating Committee comprised of representatives of the Association for the purpose of negotiating a renewal agreement. The number of nurses on the Negotiating Committee is set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions. The Hospital agrees to pay members of the Negotiating Committee for time spent during regular working hours in negotiations with the Hospital for a renewal agreement up to, but not including, arbitration.

  • Operating Committee the Consortium’s managing body, composed of representatives of the Manager and the Contractors, pursuant to Annex XI.

  • Technical Committee 1. The Technical Committee shall comprise:

  • Scheduling Committee (a) The parties agree to the formation of a Scheduling Committee to discuss and assist in resolving scheduling issues.

  • Local Negotiating Committee (a) A negotiating committee of four (4) employee representatives appointed by the union including the bargaining unit president.
