Student Achievement Plan. Objective Measures of Student Growth Part II of the evaluation will be based around objective measures of student growth. The section of the evaluation will require the employee to work with their team and administrator to develop a written student achievement plan. A template will be provided to guide the plan. Student Achievement Plan. If after its first year of operation, the School fails to meet its schoolwide or numerically significant subgroup Academic Performance Index (API) growth targets or it fails to make Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) in a given year, it will be required to submit a Student Achievement Plan (SAP) to the SBE by October 1 of the school year following the school year in which the School failed to meet API targets or AYP. (See Appendix A for requirements.) After approval by the SBE, the School will implement the SAP and post the SAP on the School’s Web site. The CDE may require the School to report its interim/benchmark assessment results to the CDE and the SBE. The School will not be required to submit an SAP if it meets its schoolwide and significant subgroup API growth targets and AYP each year.
