Educational Performance. The charter school provides a rigorous educational program for all students that is based on state content standards, and delivered in a supportive and positive learning environment. The school meets API and AYP annual growth targets and it own established outcomes. (EC 47605(b (5) (A)).

Educational Performance. Educational Program Prior to opening, the School shall make the following information available for CDE review:  A description of the curriculum development process the School will use; the scope and sequence for the grades envisioned by the School; the complete educational program for pupils to be served in the first year including, but not limited to, a description of the curriculum and identification of the basic instructional materials to be used; plans for professional development of instructional personnel to deliver the curriculum and use the instructional materials  Identification of the specific assessments that will be used to evaluate student progress, in addition to the results of the statewide assessment system, the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress, the California English Language Development Test or its successor assessments, the Content Standards Test, if applicable, and the California Physical Fitness Test  The annual School calendar that includes, at a minimum, the number of instructional days and minutes required by law and the number of professional development days  The daily bell schedule

  • School Performance The School shall achieve an accountability designation of Good Standing or Honor on each of the three sections of the Performance Framework. In the event the School is a party to a third party management contract which includes a deficit protection clause, the School shall be exempt from some or all measures within the financial portion of the Performance Framework. In accordance with Charter School Law, the Authorizer shall renew any charter in which the public charter school met all of the terms of its performance certificate at the time of renewal.

  • Service Performance All Services provided by the Agency shall be performed in a diligent, safe, courteous, and timely manner in accordance with this Contract and the Associated federal requirements.

  • Full Performance The Owner and the Contractor hereby agree to the full performance of the Contract Documents.

  • COORDINATE PERFORMANCE 2.02.1 Contractor shall coordinate its performance with the Director and other persons that the Director designates. Contractor shall promptly inform the Director and other person(s) of all significant events relating to the performance of this Agreement.

  • Continuing Performance Each party is required to continue to perform its obligations under this contract pending final resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to this contract, unless to do so would be impossible or impracticable under the circumstances.

  • CONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE Agencies shall report any vendor failure to perform according to the requirements of this contract on Complaint to Vendor, form PUR 7017. Should the vendor fail to correct the problem within a prescribed period of time, then form PUR 7029, Request for Assistance, is to be filed with this office.

  • Annual Performance Review The Employee’s performance of his duties under this Agreement shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors at least annually and finalized within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the annual audited financial statements. The Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors shall additionally review the base salary, bonus and benefits provided to the Employee under this Agreement and may, in their discretion, adjust the same, as outlined in Addendum B of this Agreement, provided, however, that Employee’s annual base salary shall not be less than the base salary set forth in Section 4(A) hereof.

  • Substantial Performance This Contract shall be deemed to be substantially performed only when fully performed according to its terms and conditions and any written amendments or supplements.

  • Work Performance All work in performance of this Lease shall be done by skilled workers or mechanics and shall be acceptable to the RECO. The RECO may reject the Lessor’s workers 1) if such are unlicensed, unskilled, or otherwise incompetent, or 2) if such have demonstrated a history of either untimely or otherwise unacceptable performance in connection with work carried out in conjunction with either this contract or other Government or private contracts.

  • POOR PERFORMANCE Authorized Users should notify NYSPro Customer Services promptly if the Contractor fails to meet the requirements of the contracts resulting from this solicitation.
