Student Discipline. a) CONTRACTOR shall maintain and abide by a written policy for student discipline that is consistent with state and federal law and regulations. CONTRACTOR and XXX agree to participate in a manifestation determination analysis and/or assessment as appropriate, with input from the CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR shall collaborate with XXX representatives at an IEP/IFSP meeting no later than the tenth (10th) day of suspension. XXX shall notify and invite CONTRACTOR representatives to the IEP/IFSP IEP team meeting where the manifestation determination will be made.
