Student Internships. Prior to issuance of building permit for the first building, CQH shall establish a one-time Development Internship program for Xxxx 8 residents. i. CQH shall offer a summer internship opportunity in the real estate field for a Xxxx 8 (Anacostia or Xxxxxx) high school student. During the internship, the high school intern will work 35 hours at minimum wage. The internship program will focus on aspects of development, including zoning and land use law, design, development, and community benefits and amenities. Through CQH’s departments and development partners, the high school student will be mentored and trained by the leading real estate experts in the Washington, DC area. ii. Prior to the issuance of the building permit for the first building, CQH shall offer a summer internship opportunity in the real estate field for a Xxxx 8 college student who graduated from Anacostia or Xxxxxx High School. The mentoring and internship program will focus on all aspects of real estate development, including acquisitions, zoning and land use law, design, development, pre-construction, construction, marketing and branding, leasing, property management and asset management. Through CQH’s departments and development partners, the college student will be mentored and trained by the leading real estate experts in the Washington, DC area. During the summer months of June, July, and August, the college intern will work 35 hours and earn $15 per hour. iii. Prior to the issuance of the building permit for the first building, CQH shall provide documentation to the ANC of its efforts to hire a Xxxx 8 resident to work on all aspects of construction.

Student Internships. Up to six (6) Dublin USD students will be hired as paid interns with ENGIE Services U.S. Our structured and student- focused internship program will provide the students with mentors, work on real energy projects, additional energy special projects, and a national intern network. Interns can be either located within the ENGIE Services U.S Oakland Office or will be completed virtually through online work and programming. • Paid internships for six (6) Dublin USD students. • Students to be paid current minimum wage at time of employment. ENGIE Services U.S. will partner with Dublin USD on the development of STEM programming and support for Middle Schools. ENGIE Services U.S. will participate in education planning meetings, develop agreed upon resources, and provide those resources for implementation. • Up to 450 hours of development and delivery time. • Hours include identifying resources for middle school STEM, meeting with teachers and/or Dublin USD staff for development, materials and equipment, preparation, and implementation.

  • Internships The Hospital may establish internships for the purpose of meeting future projected nursing shortages and/or providing career opportunities where there are no internal qualified candidates for job postings. In such circumstances, the implementation and guidelines of such an arrangement will be determined locally by the Hospital and the Union subject to the following: Internships are designed to develop the Hospital’s staff in order to fill positions for which there are currently no qualified internal candidates and/or for which shortages are predicted within a five (5) year period. Internships enable hospitals to maximize the use of qualified internal staff to meet their human resources needs, while at the same time providing career development opportunities for their employees. To provide direction to the local parties in developing and implementing internship(s) the Ontario Nurses’ Association and Participating Hospitals have agreed to the following principles: (a) The Hospital will establish the expectations for each internship opportunity; (b) There will be an open application process for internship opportunities; (c) The opportunities will be open to currently employed nurses who can demonstrate continuous learning, and a commitment to the Hospital; (d) Nurses who are selected for internship opportunities will commit to continued employment on a mutually determined basis; (e) Initiatives to support selected candidates may include but are not limited to: i) No loss of regular wages while attending a requisite course ii) Paid course fees iii) Paid time for clinical practicums in the Hospital or another clinical site iv) Any other initiatives, as agreed. (f) Part-time nurses will be credited with seniority and service for all such hours paid while participating in these initiatives as provided above.

  • Student Evaluations Student evaluations shall be completed by the end of the 12th week of the Fall semester.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees.
