Subaward Agreements. The Agency will enter into Subaward Agreements with the following Community Based Organizations to collectively provide year-round Youth Violence Prevention programming within Orange County, Florida: • Xxxxxx Ministries, Inc. provides programs to empower and strengthen families, reduce juvenile delinquency by providing alternatives for youth, reduce teen pregnancy, and increase literacy. For the Youth Violence Prevention initiative, Xxxxxx Ministries will provide mentoring, life skills, dance, arts, woodworking, music, career readiness development, etiquette, grooming, self- esteem, general auto mechanics, home economics, college prep/college tours, pottery, radio production, equipment & broadcasting, volunteer, community involvement, abstinence education, healthy living, lifestyle, building healthy relationships, leadership development, entrepreneurship, stem skill classes to youth ages 12 -23. • PowerTeens, Inc. focuses on building character through a variety of programs and activities to encourage healthy relationships, promote mental and physical health and build resiliency. For the Youth Violence Prevention initiative, the program will provide mentoring, life skills, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, health and wellness, podcasting, pottery, piano lessons, songwriting, studio recording production, talent showcase performances, college prep, college tours, dress for success, drama, leadership development and career readiness for youth ages 12 -18. • Xxxx Xxxxxxx Foundation provides community-based outreach programs that directly engages predominantly males. For the Youth Violence Prevention initiative, the program will provide life skills training, health awareness, academic support/enrichment and mentoring, cultural awareness/outings, college tours, one-on-one mentoring, delinquency mentoring and youth leadership training to youth ages 12-24.
Subaward Agreements. The Sub-recipient shall enter into agreements with the following partners included in its proposal to provide supplemental services in compliance with Article 15 of the Agreement. The Sub-recipient shall conduct fiscal and performance monitoring of all subcontractors to ensure compliance to all terms of the contract and federal regulations. TBD
