Subcontractor’s Representative. The Subcontractor shall designate a person, subject to the Contractor’s approval, who shall be the Subcontractor’s authorized representative. The representative shall be the only person to whom the Contractor shall issue instructions, orders or directions, except in an emergency. The Subcontractor’s representative is [Attribute(Supplier.VendorContact.XxxxxXxxxx)] who is agreed to by the Contractor, is OSHA competent, and authorized to make decisions concerning this Agreement.
Subcontractor’s Representative. The Subcontractor will designate one or more persons who will be the authorized Subcontractor’s representative(s) on-site and off-site. The authorized representative(s) will be the only person(s) to whom Honeywell will issue instructions, orders or directions, except in an emergency. The Subcontractor must appoint a Subcontractor representative to represent and act for the Subcontractor at all times during the term of the Subcontract and matters within the knowledge of the Subcontractor’s Representative are deemed to be within the knowledge of the Subcontractor. will Subcontractor representative(s) are to be engaged throughout the performance of the Works and the Subcontractor must not (other than in circumstances of resignation, illness or death) remove or replace any Subcontractor Key Personnel without the prior approval of Honeywell. The Subcontractor will ensure that the Subcontractor’s Representative and Subcontractor Key Personnel must be contactable at all times during Working Hours by mobile telephone. A response time of 30 minutes is considered acceptable for an urgent call. Time spent locating the Subcontractor beyond this without good reason may be back-charged to the Subcontractor at the discretion of Honeywell. If Honeywell at any time objects to any person working for the Subcontractor (including any Secondary Subcontractors), the Subcontractor must immediately remove them from the Works. It is the responsibility of Subcontractor's Representative to maintain all site documentation required by Honeywell and to ensure that all documentation being used by the Subcontractor is current. Any superseded documentation is to be disposed of thoughtfully or clearly marked "superseded".

The Subcontractor will ensure that the Subcontractor’s Representative and Subcontractor Key Personnel must be contactable at all times during Working Hours by mobile telephone. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, if, in the reasonable opinion of Honeywell, any person appointed as the Subcontractor's Representative and/or Subcontractor’s Key Personnel is unsuitable, Honeywell may, at any time, direct in writing that the appointment of the Subcontractor's Representative and/or Subcontractor’s Key Personnel be revoked. Upon such direction by Honeywell, the Subcontractor will immediately revoke the appointment of the Subcontractor's Representative and/or Subcontractor’s Key Personnel and appoint some other person as the Subcontractor's Representative and/or Subcontractor’s Key Personnel, as the case may be. It is the responsibility of Subcontractor's Representative to maintain all site documentation required by Honeywell and to ensure that all documentation being used by the Subcontractor is current. Any superseded documentation is to be disposed of thoughtfully or clearly marked "superseded".
Subcontractor’s Representative. The Subcontractor shall superintend the Subcontract Works either personally or by a competent representative. Matters within the knowledge of the Subcontractor’s representative (including directions received) shall be deemed to be within the Subcontractors knowledge.
Subcontractor’s Representative. The Subcontractor shall at all times maintain a qualified and skilled superintendent or xxxxxxx at the site of the Work who shall be satisfactory to the Owner, the Owner’s authorized agent and/or the Contractor. Such superintendent or xxxxxxx shall be duly and legally authorized to represent and act for the Subcontractor with respect to all matters in connection with or arising out of Work under the Subcontract.
Subcontractor’s Representative. Subcontractor shall keep a representative at the job site during all times when Subcontractor’s work is in progress. Such representative shall be authorized to receive orders and have full authority to make decisions regarding the Subcontract Work. This representative shall be the only person to whom Prime Contractor shall issue instructions, orders or directions, except in an emergency. Subcontractor shall notify Prime Contractor of any new representative before the change. Subcontractor shall provide Prime Contractor the names and emergency or home telephone numbers of the corporate or company officer, and general superintendent. Subcontractor shall have an acceptable representative (an officer of Subcontractor if requested by Prime Contractor) present at the Project job meetings and to submit weekly progress reports in writing if requested by Prime Contractor.
Subcontractor’s Representative. Subcontractor shall keep a representative at the job site during all times when the work is in progress. This representative shall be authorized to represent Subcontractor as to all aspects of the Work and this Subcontract. Prior to commencement of the Work, Subcontractor shall notify Contractor in writing of the name, work telephone number and home telephone number of Subcontractor’s representative. If Subcontractor elects to change his representative, Subcontractor shall notify Contractor in writing of the name and telephone numbers of the new representative. No such change shall become effective until receipt by Contractor of this written notice.
