This representative shall be the only person to whom Prime Contractor shall issue instructions, orders or directions, except in an emergency. Subcontractor shall notify Prime Contractor of any new representative before the change. Subcontractor shall provide Prime Contractor the names and emergency or home telephone numbers of the corporate or company officer, and general superintendent. Subcontractor shall have an acceptable representative (an officer of Subcontractor if requested by Prime Contractor) present at the Project job meetings and to submit weekly progress reports in writing if requested by Prime Contractor.
