Common use of Subject to Grievance Procedure Clause in Contracts

Subject to Grievance Procedure. Any dispute arising out of disciplinary action or dismissal action shall be subject to the grievance procedure commencing at Step Two. The RTA shall have the option of referring a grievance regarding dismissal directly to arbitration provided for in A.6 (Grievance Procedure). At an arbitration in respect of the discipline or dismissal of a teacher for misconduct, no material which has been removed from the file pursuant to Article E.28 (Personnel Files) may be presented.
