Submission and Review of Samples. If a considerable range of color, graining, texture, or other characteristics may be anticipated in finished products, a sufficient number of samples of the specified materials must be furnished by the Design- Builder to indicate the full range of such characteristics which will be present in the finished products. Any products delivered or erected without submittal and review of full range Samples will be subject to rejection. Each tag or sticker will have clear space for the stamps of the Design-Builder and Architect. Notice of the result of the review will be provided to the Design-Builder with one of the stamps indicated in Paragraph 3 above. Rejected samples will be returned. Accepted samples will be retained by the Commission and become the property of the Commission. Where color samples are required to be submitted, color samples must be submitted on the actual material which will finally be installed in the Work.
