Salary Increments The Employer may grant an increment for meritorious service after an Employee has served for a period of twelve (12) months following the day established in Article 25.07 or twelve (12) months following the date of a change in his rate of compensation as established in Articles 25.04, 25.05, or 25.06.
Salary Increases (a) The Employer agrees to pay the negotiated salary increases to every employee not later than the second month following the month in which this Agreement is signed and not later than the month following the month in which any subsequent salary increases become effective.
Contract Duration and Annual Salary 1. The College hereby employs the Administrator in the capacity of Campus Architect, Associate Professor for one year, commencing on July 1, 2024 and terminating on June 30, 2025. The Administrator accepts such employment on the conditions hereinafter set forth, and any applicable provisions of the Board of Trustees Policy Manual. In the event of conflict between Board Policy and this Contract, the Contract shall govern.
Annual Increases On each anniversary of Employee's termination from employment, any remaining amounts to be paid during the next year pursuant to this Paragraph 9 shall be increased to an amount equal to one hundred ten percent (110%) of the amounts required to be paid by Employer hereunder under the provisions of this Paragraph 9 during the preceding year.
Annual Salary Executive's compensation shall consist of an annual base salary (the "Annual Salary") of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), before all customary payroll deductions. The Annual Salary shall be reviewed, and shall be subject to change, by the Board of Directors of Employer (or the Compensation Committee thereof) at least annually while Executive is employed hereunder.
Annual Increments 7.5.1 Subject to 7.5.3 all probationary, permanent, part-time and casual employees shall receive within grade step increments effective on their established increment dates, provided that the employee has reported for work a minimum of two hundred (200) days since his/her last increment adjustment.
