MAINTENANCE OF STANDARDS AND BENEFITS. The Division shall not issue any directives or written statements that have any effect of the standard of employment relations matters established by this Collective Bargaining Agreement unless such directives or statements have been agreed upon with the Union. Nothing in this Section is intended to inhibit the SOCP from issuing directives and/or statements which interpret or effectuate a contractual obligation; however, a copy of such statements or directives shall be sent to the Union prior to distribution.

MAINTENANCE OF STANDARDS AND BENEFITS. A. All general conditions of employment practices and benefits including, but not limited to, teaching hours, extra compensation for work outside regular teaching hours, relief periods, leaves and general working conditions shall be maintained at not less than the prevailing standards in effect in the District at the time this Agreement is executed, provided, however, that such conditions shall be improved for the benefit of teachers as required by the express provisions of this Agreement. This Agreement shall not be interpreted or applied so as to decrease the professional advantages and benefits heretofore enjoyed by teachers unless expressly stated herein. The foregoing shall not be deemed to impair the rights of the Board with respect to the transfer or assignment of teachers, or their selection of educational equipment, books, or supplies.

  • MAINTENANCE OF STANDARDS The Employer agrees, subject to the following provisions, that all conditions of employment in his/her individual operation relating to wages, hours of work, overtime differentials and general working conditions shall be maintained at not less than the highest standards in effect at the time of the signing of this Agreement, and the conditions of employment shall be improved whenever specific provisions for improvement are made elsewhere in this Agreement.

  • Maintenance Standards Unless otherwise authorized by the CRC Board, the General Manager shall prepare and submit to the CRC Board proposals (including the Program Maintenance plan submitted pursuant to Section 5(b)) for the performance of such Routine Maintenance and Program Maintenance as is reasonably necessary to keep and maintain the Shared Assets substantially in their condition as of the date of this Agreement. If the CRC Board fails either to approve or disapprove by majority vote any such proposal within 45 days after it was submitted to the CRC Board, the disagreement over the propriety or need for any of the Routine Maintenance or Program Maintenance included in such proposal may be submitted by either Operator for resolution by binding arbitration pursuant to Section 13.

  • Rectification of Safety Hazard Where, because of the existence of a safety hazard, a site has been stopped for a defined period of time and employees sent off site by agreement between Site Managers and any combination of Employee Representative/s, Health and Safety Committee, those people who remain on site to do rectification work will be paid at the rate of double time for all such work.

  • Preservation, Maintenance, and Protection of the Property Inspections. Borrower will not destroy, damage, or impair the Property, allow the Property to deteriorate, or commit waste on the Property. Whether or not Borrower is residing in the Property, Borrower must maintain the Property in order to prevent the Property from deteriorating or decreasing in value due to its condition. Unless Lender determines pursuant to Section 5 that repair or restoration is not economically feasible, Borrower will promptly repair the Property if damaged to avoid further deterioration or damage. If insurance or condemnation proceeds are paid to Lender in connection with damage to, or the taking of, the Property, Borrower will be responsible for repairing or restoring the Property only if Xxxxxx has released proceeds for such purposes. Lender may disburse proceeds for the repairs and restoration in a single payment or in a series of progress payments as the work is completed, depending on the size of the repair or restoration, the terms of the repair agreement, and whether Borrower is in Default on the Loan. Lender may make such disbursements directly to Borrower, to the person repairing or restoring the Property, or payable jointly to both. If the insurance or condemnation proceeds are not sufficient to repair or restore the Property, Borrower remains obligated to complete such repair or restoration. Lender may make reasonable entries upon and inspections of the Property. If Lender has reasonable cause, Xxxxxx may inspect the interior of the improvements on the Property. Lender will give Borrower notice at the time of or prior to such an interior inspection specifying such reasonable cause.

  • Operating and Maintenance Manuals 58.1 If “as built” Drawings and/or operating and maintenance manuals are required, the Contractor shall supply them by the dates stated in the Contract Data.

Grantee shall keep and maintain under GAAP or GASB, as applicable, full, true, and complete records necessary to fully disclose to the System Agency, the Texas State Auditor’s Office, the United States Government, and their authorized representatives sufficient information to determine compliance with the terms and conditions of this Grant Agreement and all state and federal rules, regulations, and statutes.

  • Construction and Maintenance There are on-going maintenance, renovation and construction projects taking place in and around the residences. The work typically takes place during regular business hours, but may begin earlier or extend into evenings or weekends. On-going construction or renovation projects will continue through midterm and final exam periods. The University will take measures to ensure that prudent construction practices are followed, but there may be noise, dust and temporary interruption of some services. Residents may be required to temporarily or permanently relocate to facilitate construction or renovation to their residence area. There will be no compensation or reduction to your residence fees due to disruption and/or relocation.
