Subscriber Assistance. The CONCESSION HOLDER shall establish and maintain an efficient assistance service for subscribers and users in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia and other normative acts, as well as the technical guidelines following from international and European standards. Among others, the CONCESSION HOLDER shall provide, or procure the provisions of: Technical capacity for rendering local public emergency services with a uniform national telephone number. This capacity shall be rendered free of charge and shall be available as soon after the Effective Date as practicably possible; The availability to each subscriber of a directory which lists subscribers in the respective area. The CONCESSION HOLDER may not assess any charge for publishing the name of a subscriber in the directory, but may assess a charge to subscribers that have required not to be listed in the said directory. The directory shall include, as a minimum, in respect of each listed subscriber, name, address and telephone number; a list of interurban and international area codes; and the impulse frequency table for urban and interurban calls. The directory may also contain classified advertisements and other information; Directory information, through which all subscribers to the switched telephonic service may receive information concerning the numbers of the subscribers listed in the directory or directories for the area or areas covered. A reasonable charge may be imposed for this service.

Subscriber Assistance. Should Subscriber, in its capacity as a lien agent, receive any Appointment as Lien Agent, Notice to Lien Agent, or request for information through any delivery method other than through the Services, Subscriber shall promptly forward such appointment, notice or request to Provider, pursuant to instructions of Provider, as amended from time to time, current version attached hereto. Subscriber agrees that all offices of Subscriber shall have and be trained on written instructions regarding erroneous receipt of filings at any address or location other than LiensNC and providing of instructions to filers on how to properly file with LiensNC. Subscriber Address. Subscriber agrees that, unless otherwise directed by Provider, in Subscriber’s lien agent application filed with the North Carolina Department of Insurance, and thereafter in all of Subscriber’s communications in its capacity as a lien agent, Subscriber shall at all times use and distribute Provider’s physical address as its address, and Provider’s contact information, including telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address, as its contact information.

A service representative will assist You by telephone and/or remote online support to diagnose any technical difficulties that may exist with Your Product’s hardware or preloaded manufacturer’s software. To the extent that Our telephone diagnosis confirms a covered hardware failure, We will process Your claim and arrange for any applicable service of Your Product. Our level of technical service does not support customized or proprietary software, applications not included by the manufacturer of Your Product at no additional cost, or software errors that confirm improperly functioning or defective software. Additionally, this Service Contract does not provide education on how to utilize or perform tasks using any type of software program, preloaded or other. SERVICE LOCATION: Repairs will be performed at an authorized repair center determined by Us. Service will be available and rendered during the regular working hours and workweek of the product repair centers. If Your Product requires an approved repair more than once within a sixty (60) day period, service must be completed by the original repair center. REPLACEMENT OPTION: At Our option, following Our telephone diagnosis, We will either:
Subscriber Assistance. Subscriber agrees to provide Passageways reasonable access to all necessary personnel that can answer questions or resolve problems reported by Subscriber regarding the OnSemble Platform.
Subscriber Assistance. Raptor shall be available during Raptor's standard business hours (exclusive of Raptor's observed holidays) to respond to questions regarding the use of the Subscription Services and the Equipment within a reasonable period of time.

  • Turnover Assistance Grantee will provide any assistance and actions reasonably necessary to enable System Agency or its designee to effectively close out the Grant Agreement and transfer the performance and obligations of the Grant Agreement to another Grantee or to System Agency if necessary. Grantee agrees that this obligation survives the termination, regardless of whether for cause or convenience, or the expiration of the Grant Agreement and remains in effect until completed to the satisfaction of System Agency.

  • Directory Assistance 72.1 The Parties acknowledge that CenturyLink is not a Directory Assistance (DA) provider. CenturyLink provides directory listings information for its subscribers to third party DA providers to be included in the national and local databases used by such third party providers. The Parties agree that to the extent the DA provider contracted by CLEC for DA services to CLEC’s subscribers also populates the national DA database, then CLEC’s DA listings have been made available to CenturyLink’s subscribers and no further effort is needed by either Party. If for any reason, CLEC desires that CenturyLink act as a middleman conduit for the placement of CLEC’s DA listings in the DA database(s), then CenturyLink shall provide such compensable DA listings service pursuant to separate written terms and conditions between CenturyLink and CLEC which will be attached to this Agreement as an Amendment.

  • Tuition Assistance Bargaining unit employees can enroll in university or college, vocational technical school or extension courses. The course may be by correspondence or attendance at classes during non-working hours or during working hours with approval of the Agency Head and/or his/her Designee. Where practicable, in relation to work requirements, the Employer shall be liberal with the approval of requests for accrued/unused vacation leave, flex-time scheduling, compensatory time, or leave without pay for the purpose of enabling employees to attend classes conducted during an employee's regularly scheduled work hours.

  • Regulatory Assistance Provider will permit regulators with jurisdiction over BFA or any BFA Recipient to examine Provider’s activities relating to its performance under this Agreement and the Services. Subject to Section 17.6, Provider will cooperate and provide all information reasonably requested by the regulator in connection with any such examination and provide reasonable assistance and access to all equipment, records, and systems requested by the regulator relating to the Services.

  • Further Assistance Award Recipient will provide assistance reasonably requested by the Company in connection with actions taken by Award Recipient while employed by the Company, including but not limited to assistance in connection with any lawsuits or other claims against the Company arising from events during the period in which Award Recipient was employed by the Company.

  • Audit Assistance Each of the Parties and their respective Subsidiaries are or may be subject to regulation and audit by a Governmental Authority (including a Taxing Authority), standards organizations, customers or other parties to contracts with such Parties or their respective Subsidiaries under applicable Law, standards or contract provisions. If a Governmental Authority, standards organization, customer or other party to a contract with a Party or its Subsidiary exercises its right to examine or audit such Party’s or its Subsidiary’s books, records, documents or accounting practices and procedures pursuant to such applicable Law, standards or contract provisions, and such examination or audit relates to the Services, then the other Party shall provide, at the sole cost and expense of the requesting Party, all assistance reasonably requested by the Party that is subject to the examination or audit in responding to such examination or audits or requests for Information, to the extent that such assistance or Information is within the reasonable control of the cooperating Party and is related to the Services.

  • Educational Assistance Section 1. Tuition reimbursement shall be provided to employees covered by this collective bargaining AGREEMENT under the same terms and conditions, policies and procedures as the rest of Hennepin County and reflecting a county–wide pool for funding. Where courses are required and certified by the appointing authority as essential to current job performance, such appointing authority shall grant 100% reimbursement for tuition, required fees and required study materials. Section 3. At the request of an employee, an Individual Development Plan shall be established. Any employee making the request shall be provided with paid time to work with their Supervisor or Human Resources to develop a training plan for career development within Hennepin County. Human Resources will be a source of career information, and postings, in which the employee may have an interest. Time allotted for this activity and the training plan adopted shall be subject to mutual agreement of the Employee and Supervisor.
