Subsequent CEQA Review. In the event that any additional CEQA documentation is legally required for any discretionary Subsequent Project Approval for the Project, then the scope of such documentation shall be focused, to the extent possible consistent with CEQA, on the specific subject matter of the Subsequent Project Approval, and City, at Developer’s expense, shall conduct such CEQA review as expeditiously as possible.

Subsequent CEQA Review. In the event that any additional CEQA documentation is legally required for any discretionary Subsequent Approval for the Project, then the scope of such documentation shall be focused, to the extent possible consistent with CEQA, on the specific subject matter of the Subsequent Approval, and the City shall promptly conduct such CEQA review as expeditiously as possible. The cost and implementation of any additional mitigation measures or conditions requiring public improvements and/or public infrastructure may be imposed on the Subsequent Approvals for the Project as a result of such CEQA process. In the event that CEQA review of a Subsequent Approval for the Project pursuant to this Section 3.10.2 identifies any additional mitigation measures or conditions that are not permitted by of this Development Agreement, then City, at its election, shall either:

To the extent supplemental or additional review is required in connection with Subsequent Existing Approvals, Developers acknowledges that City may require additional mitigation measures necessary to mitigate significant impacts that were not foreseen at the time this Agreement was executed.
Subsequent CEQA Review. In connection with its consideration and approval of the Existing Approvals, City has prepared and certified the EIR, which evaluates the environmental effects of the Project, and has imposed all feasible mitigation measures to reduce the significant environmental effects of the Project. The Parties acknowledge that certain Subsequent Approvals may legally require additional analysis under CEQA. Nothing contained in this Agreement is intended to prevent or limit City from complying with CEQA. In acting on Subsequent Approvals, City will rely on the EIR to the fullest extent permissible by CEQA as determined by City in its reasonable discretion. In the event supplemental or additional review is required for a Subsequent Approval, City shall limit such supplemental or additional review to the scope of analysis mandated by CEQA and shall not impose new mitigation measures except as legally required, all as determined by City as the lead agency under CEQA in its reasonable discretion.

  • Transition Review Period In accordance with Article 35, Layoff and Recall, the Employer may require an employee to complete a transition review period.

  • Program Review The Contracting Officer or other authorized government representative may hold semi- annual program review meetings. Such meetings will be held via telecom or video teleconferencing. However, the Government reserves the right to request a meeting in person. The meetings will include all BPA holders, representatives from prospective customer agencies, a combination of current and prospective customer agencies, or individual BPA holders. Some Federal Government Agencies and any approved State, Local and Tribal agencies may establish a central program management function. Such users may require their primary suppliers to participate in agency program review meetings on a periodic basis, at no additional cost to the Government.

  • Log Reviews All systems processing and/or storing PHI COUNTY discloses to 11 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY 12 must have a routine procedure in place to review system logs for unauthorized access.

  • Validation Review In the event OIG has reason to believe that: (a) Good Shepherd’s Claims Review fails to conform to the requirements of this CIA; or (b) the IRO’s findings or Claims Review results are inaccurate, OIG may, at its sole discretion, conduct its own review to determine whether the Claims Review complied with the requirements of the CIA and/or the findings or Claims Review results are inaccurate (Validation Review). Good Shepherd shall pay for the reasonable cost of any such review performed by OIG or any of its designated agents. Any Validation Review of Reports submitted as part of Good Shepherd’s final Annual Report shall be initiated no later than one year after Good Shepherd’s final submission (as described in Section II) is received by OIG. Prior to initiating a Validation Review, OIG shall notify Good Shepherd of its intent to do so and provide a written explanation of why OIG believes such a review is necessary. To resolve any concerns raised by OIG, Good Shepherd may request a meeting with OIG to: (a) discuss the results of any Claims Review submissions or findings; (b) present any additional information to clarify the results of the Claims Review or to correct the inaccuracy of the Claims Review; and/or (c) propose alternatives to the proposed Validation Review. Good Shepherd agrees to provide any additional information as may be requested by OIG under this Section III.D.3 in an expedited manner. OIG will attempt in good faith to resolve any Claims Review issues with Good Shepherd prior to conducting a Validation Review. However, the final determination as to whether or not to proceed with a Validation Review shall be made at the sole discretion of OIG.

  • Project Review A. Programmatic Allowances

  • Peer Review Dental Group, after consultation with the Joint ----------- Operations Committee, shall implement, regularly review, modify as necessary or appropriate and obtain the commitment of Providers to actively participate in peer review procedures for Providers. Dental Group shall assist Manager in the production of periodic reports describing the results of such procedures. Dental Group shall provide Manager with prompt notice of any information that raises a reasonable risk to the health and safety of Group Patients or Beneficiaries. In any event, after consultation with the Joint Operations Committee, Dental Group shall take such action as may be reasonably warranted under the facts and circumstances.

  • Design Review At appropriate stages of design, documented reviews of the design results shall be planned and conducted. Participants at each Design Review shall include representatives of all functions concerned with the design stage being reviewed, as well as other specialist personnel, as required. Records of such reviews shall be maintained. Any computer software used to perform alternative calculations or verify clearances through the use of scale models or computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) techniques shall be validated before the use of the application, with validation documented in accordance with Section 2.2.15. In addition, at each submittal to IFA for review, Developer shall provide hand calculations that validate any calculations performed by computer software.

  • Scope of Review I conducted my review in accordance with Thai Standard on Review Engagements 2410, “Review of Interim Financial Information Performed by the Independent Auditor of the Entity.” A review of interim financial information consists of making inquires, primarily of persons responsible for financial and accounting matters, and applying analytical and other review procedures. A review is substantially less in scope than an audit conducted in accordance with Thai Standards on Auditing and consequently does not enable me to obtain assurance that I would become aware of all significant matters that might be identified in an audit. Accordingly, I do not express an audit opinion.
