Substitution of Carrier. The Employer reserves the right to substitute another carrier, provided the fundamental provisions of the above coverage will not be changed.

Substitution of Carrier. It is agreed that the Employer can change the carrier of any plan, provided that there is no reduction in benefits and provided that the Employer gives the Union not less than Sixty (60) days notice of such change, furnishes the Union with full particulars of the plan to be substituted and if requested to do so, meets with the Negotiating Committee to discuss and explain the change proposed.
Substitution of Carrier. The Employer may at any time substitute another carrier for any Plan (other than O.H.I.P.) provided that:
a) there is no loss in benefits, or access to benefits, to the employees concerned;
b) the Union is given sixty (60) days notice of such change;
c) when notice is given, it will be accompanied by full information concerning the proposed insurer or carrier and the proposed Plan to be substituted;
d) complaints concerning the operation of any Plan will be made to and through the Employer, and not directly to the carrier.
