Summer School/Elective Seasonal. A maximum of two (2) days accrued sick leave for personal or family illness may be used during summer school or elective seasonal work assignments. Educational Support Professionals working Kidstop Summer Program may use a maximum of three (3) days accrued sick leave.

  • Career Development Leave (a) Career development refers to an activity which, in the opinion of the Employer, is likely to be of assistance to the individual in furthering his or her career development and to the organization in achieving its goals. The following activities shall be deemed to be part of career development:

  • Authorized Employees Contractor acknowledges that Section285.530, RSMo, prohibits any business entity or employer from knowingly employing, hiring for employment, or continuing to employ an unauthorized alien to perform work within the State of Missouri.   • School Year Employees All hourly employees compensated under “Hourly Schedule A” and regularly employed for the hours in that position considered full time by the Employer for the school year.

  • Promoted Employees 1. An employee who has served one-half (1/2) or more of the time required to be considered for their next step increase, shall upon promotion to a position in a higher wage range in the Bargaining Unit, be placed at Step A of the higher range or such other step as will provide an increase of two

  • Employee Travel Employee travel, including but not limited to, travel for training, overnight travel, portal-to-portal, etc. will be covered by the applicable Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) rules and regulations.

  • Permanent Full-Time Employees Pay and benefits will be computed on a monthly pay status basis.
