Sundays. Employees hired prior to December 3, 2010, shall receive time and one- third (1-1/3) the straight-time hourly rate for all hours worked on Sunday. Employees hired on or after December 3, 2010, shall receive $1.00 per hour over the employee’s regular straight-time wage rate for all hours worked on Sunday. However, any hour paid at time and one half (1x1/2) or greater on Sunday shall not count as a qualifying hour for daily or weekly overtime.
