Supervision Stipend. The Board agrees to pay an annual stipend for every supervising teacher position based on the following formula. In the event recess supervision is performed by teachers in rotation the full five day stipend for the required number of supervising teachers shall be divided by the number of teachers participating in the rotation and shall be paid to such teachers in the same manner as described above.
