Supervisory Referrals. In cases of supervisory referrals to the EAP/Health Care Provider, the employee shall execute such releases as are necessary for the EAP/Health Care provider to provide the University Benefits Coordinator with the information necessary to determine whether the employee can perform the job safely and effectively and/or whether the employee needs to participate in the program, and if so, the employee’s compliance or non-compliance with the Employee Assistance Program.

Supervisory Referrals. ACI shall respond to supervisory/job performance referrals with adherence to confidentiality and appropriate job performance recommendations. ACI will provide follow-up as determined by ACI to be necessary, to monitor referred employees adherence to the agreed course of treatment.
Supervisory Referrals. Includes consultation with the supervisor and one session with employee. Triad shall make available to Employer an unlimited number of Supervisory Referrals.
Supervisory Referrals. When a supervisor observes significant changes in an employee’s behavior, conduct and/or performance through daily job contact, he/she should normally discuss their concerns with the employee. Based on the discussion, the supervisor may suggest the employee seek assistance from an EAP counselor or other responsible individual who can offer the employee confidential services that are available.

  • Patient Referrals The parties agree that the benefits to Group ----------------- hereunder do not require, are not payment for, and are not in any way contingent upon the admission, referral or any other arrangements for the provision of any item or service offered by Manager or any affiliate of Manager to any of Group's Patients in any facility owned or controlled, managed or operated by Manager or any affiliate of Manager.

  • Referrals It is expected that through employee awareness and educational programs, employees will seek information and/or assistance on their own initiative. Such requests will be processed as voluntary and informal rather than formal referrals.

  • Labour Management Relations Committee In recognition of the mutual benefits of open communications and on-going consultation between the faculty and the employer, the Labour/Management Relations Committee will meet on a regular basis and have equal representation for the Union and the Employer. The LMRC will serve as an open forum for the free and candid discussion of matters of mutual concern to faculty members and management.

  • Labour Management Meetings The committee meeting shall normally be held every second month however, either party may call a meeting of the Joint Labour Management Committee. The meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement but no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the initial request, unless mutually agreed.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend. b. The awareness program shall include but not be limited to: i. the definitions of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; ii. understanding situations that are not harassment or sexual harassment, including the exercise of an employer's managerial and/or supervisory rights and responsibilities; iii. developing an awareness of behaviour that is illegal and/or inappropriate; iv. outlining strategies to prevent harassment and sexual harassment; v. a review of the resolution of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; vi. understanding malicious complaints and the consequences of such; vii. outlining any Board policy for dealing with harassment and sexual harassment; viii. outlining laws dealing with harassment and sexual harassment which apply to employees in B.C.

  • JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.

  • Safety Meetings Accident investigation.

  • Contract Managers Each party will designate a Contract Manager during the term of this Agreement whose responsibility shall be to oversee the party’s performance of its duties and obligations pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. The Citizens’ Contract Manager may designate other authorized individuals to participate in overseeing the Firm’s performance hereunder.   • EMPLOYMENT REFERENCES D3.01 On application by an employee, the Employer shall provide personal references to the prospective Employer of such employee, indicating length of service, principal duties and responsibilities and performance of such duties. Personal references requested by a prospective Employer outside the Agency will not be provided without the written consent of the employee.
