Common use of Supplementary Vacation Clause in Contracts

Supplementary Vacation. The supplementary vacations as set out below are to be banked on the outlined supplementary vacation employment anniversary date and taken at the Employee’s option at any time subsequent to the current supplementary vacation employment anniversary date but prior to the next supplementary vacation employment anniversary date. (i) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 25 years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ vacation with pay. (ii) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 30 years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ vacation with pay. (iii) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 35 years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ vacation with pay. (iv) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 40 years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ vacation with pay. (v) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 45 years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ vacation with pay.

Supplementary Vacation. (i) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 25 years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ days vacation with pay. (ii) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 30 years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ days vacation with pay. (iii) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 35 years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ days vacation with pay. (iv) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 40 years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ days vacation with pay. (v) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 45 years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ days vacation with pay.

Supplementary Vacation. (iii) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 35 thirty-five (35) years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ days vacation with pay. (ivb) Upon reaching the employment anniversary in (a), an Employee may elect to receive payment in lieu of 40 years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work banking supplementary vacation days’ vacation with pay. (v) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 45 years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ vacation with pay.

Supplementary Vacation. (v) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 45 years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ vacation with pay.

(iv) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 40 years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ vacation with pay2%. (v) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 45 years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ vacation with pay2%.

Supplementary Vacation. At the Employee’s option the supplementary vacation may be paid out as a lump sum bonus payment. (iv) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 40 years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ vacation with pay. (v) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 45 years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ vacation with pay.

Supplementary Vacation. (iv) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 40 years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ vacation with pay2%. (v) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 45 years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ vacation with pay2%.

Supplementary Vacation. (i) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 25 twenty-five (25) years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional thirty-eight point seven five (38.75) hours for extended work day (five (5) work days’ days vacation with paypay for 7.75 hour work day). (ii) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 30 thirty (30) years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional thirty- eight point seven five (38.75) hours for extended work day (five (5) work days’ days vacation with paypay for 7.75 hour work day). (iii) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 35 thirty-five (35) years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional thirty- eight point seven five (38.75) hours for extended work day (five (5) work days’ days vacation with paypay for 7.75 hour work day). (iv) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 40 years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ vacation with pay. (v) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 45 years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ vacation with pay.

Supplementary Vacation. The supplementary vacations as set out below are to be banked on the outlined (i) Upon having reached twenty-five (25) years of continuous employment, an Employee shall earn a one-time additional five (5) working days of supplementary vacation with pay. (ii) Upon reaching the employment anniversary date and of thirty (30) years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional one- time five (5) working days of supplementary vacation with pay. (iii) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of thirty-five (35) years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional one-time five (5) working days of supplementary vacation with pay. (iv) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of forty (40) years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional one- time five (5) working days of supplementary vacation with pay. (v) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of forty-five (45) years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional one-time five (5) working days of supplementary vacation with pay. (vi) Subject to Clause 28.03(e), the supplementary vacation may be taken at the Employee’s option at any time subsequent to the current supplementary vacation employment anniversary date but prior to the next supplementary vacation employment anniversary date. (i) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 25 years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ vacation with pay. (ii) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 30 years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ vacation with pay. (iii) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 35 years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ vacation with pay. (iv) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 40 years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ vacation with pay. (v) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 45 years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ vacation with pay.

(iv) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 40 years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ days vacation with pay. (v) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 45 years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ days vacation with pay.

Supplementary Vacation. (iiB) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 30 thirty (30) years of continuous service, Employees employees shall have earned an additional five seventy-two (572) work days’ working hours vacation with pay. (iiiC) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 35 thirty-five (35) years of continuous service, Employees employees shall have earned an additional five one hundred and eight (5108) work days’ working hours vacation with pay. (ivD) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 40 forty (40) years of continuous service, Employees employees shall have earned an additional five one hundred and eight (5108) work days’ working hours vacation with pay. (vE) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 45 forty-five (45) years of continuous service, Employees employees shall have earned an additional five one hundred and eight (5108) work days’ working hours vacation with pay.

Supplementary Vacation. (iii) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 35 thirty-five (35) years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional one- time five (5) work days’ working days of supplementary vacation with pay. (iv) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 40 forty (40) years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional one- time five (5) work days’ working days of supplementary vacation with pay. (v) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 45 years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ vacation with pay.

(i) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 20 years of continuous service, Regular Employees shall have earned an additional five work days vacation with pay. ii) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 25 years of continuous service, Regular Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ days vacation with pay. (iiiii) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 30 years of continuous service, Regular Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ days vacation with pay. (iiiiv) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 35 years of continuous service, Regular Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ days vacation with pay. (v) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 45 forty-five (45) years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ workdays vacation with pay.

(ivD) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 40 forty (40) years of continuous service, Employees employees shall have earned an additional five fifteen (515) work days’ days vacation with pay. (vE) Upon reaching the employment anniversary of 45 forty-five (45) years of continuous service, Employees employees shall have earned an additional five fifteen (515) work days’ days vacation with pay.
