Supplier also represent that the Supplier has provided to Mlaxi, Supplier information such as name, address i.e. address of registered office and principal place of business, contact details, email address, mobile / Land line No, bank account details, PAN No, Harmonized System Nomenclature Code/Service Accounting Code and other necessary compliance related details through the Supplier Registration Form and that such information is true and correct as on date and the Supplier undertakes to keep the same updated at all times during the subsistence of this Agreement. You agree that if you provide any information which is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, incomplete, or not in accordance with the terms of usage, we shall have the right to suspend or terminate your account on the Platform or indefinitely block you from accessing the Platform.
2.3. Supplier will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Supplier Dashboard and the information provided therein, and shall be fully responsible for all activities that occur under Supplier’s Supplier Dashboard. Supplier shall neither disclose nor part with the Supplier Dashboard Page credentials to anyone including any third party aggregators for the purpose of managing Supplier’s inventory and fulfilling Supplier orders. Supplier agree to
(a) immediately notify Mlaxi of any unauthorized use of Supplier’s account information or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure to log out from the Supplier Dashboard at the end of each session.
