Swimsuit Allowance. Upon submission of receipts, when employees are required to swim on a regular basis with student(s) shall receive a $100.00 per year swimsuit/swim-shoe allowance. Employees required to swim two times or less per month shall receive a $50.00 swimsuit allowance per year.

Swimsuit Allowance. An Education Assistant who is in a posted assignment which requires their participation in an aquatic’s programs with students, shall be provided with a swimsuit allowance of fifty dollars ($50) per school year.
Swimsuit Allowance. An annual swimsuit allowance shall be paid to Employees participating in the swim program to a maximum of $2,500 per year. Educational Assistants will receive an allowance per hour for all hours worked if they are required to regularly perform catheterization for one or more students.
