System Preventive Maintenance. Contractor shall perform preventive maintenance in accordance with a program of standard maintenance routines as determined by the Contractors experience, equipment application and location, and the manufacturer’s recommendations. Contractor shall provide Preventive Maintenance services ,12 (8) hours visits per year.

System Preventive Maintenance. CONTRACTOR shall perform a “preventive maintenance” field visit at least twice a year at approximately six month intervals as necessary to keep boxes clean and operational. CONTRACTOR shall notify the call answering center supervisor at the commencement of a major preventative maintenance cycle when a large portion of the call answering staff time will be required. The preventive maintenance activities shall include the following tasks:  Cleaning of call box housing as necessary( see below);  Replacement or addition of outdated, damaged or missing instruction placards and vandalism stickers;  Inspection and anti-corrosion treatment of external electrical connections; o Operational check of call box controls and system operational sequence including: o Open inner door ( as necessary) o Perform test calls; o Check outer door; handset and illumination for proper operations; o Check call connect light o Check push button; and o Check cellular antenna and cable  Minor cleaning of the surrounding area of the call box( includes minor pruning, pulling of weeds and debris removal);  Cleaning and bolt tightening for the call box sign;  Visual inspection of the solar panel’s orientation and cleaning of the solar panel collecting surface;  Testing of the TTY/TDD device by completing all testing protocols and placing on a random basis a call to the designated answering point;  Maintenance of the callbox mounting pedestals or other devices used for mounting the call boxes on sound walls and bridge railings.

  • Preventive Maintenance The Contractor shall provide necessary preventive maintenance, required testing and inspection, calibration and/or other work necessary to maintain the equipment in complete operational condition during the warranty period.

  • Preventative Maintenance Standards of applicable Professional Governing Body. Anesthesia and surgical equipment maintenance standards as per manufacturer specifications and guidelines, subject to review and acceptance by AHS.

  • Corrective Maintenance ‌ Corrective Maintenance as referred to herein shall mean Repair and/or Replacement Services. For the purposes of evaluating whether Corrective Maintenance qualifies as either Minor or Major Corrective Maintenance, the Contractor shall calculate the total cost of the Corrective Maintenance in accordance with the following formulas, and the cost shall be calculated per Repair Item which shall be compared to the Major/Minor Corrective Maintenance Threshold listed in Table 2. The Contractor shall justify all costs for Major Corrective Maintenance to the Authorized User’s satisfaction, and for Repair Items that qualify as Major Corrective Maintenance the Contractor shall be compensated for the full cost of the work unless the corrective maintenance is determined to be the result of the Contractor’s negligence, in which case the Contract shall not be additionally compensated. Prior to performing any Major Corrective Maintenance, the Contractor shall submit a Cost Proposal to the Authorized User for approval. The Cost Proposal shall be a maximum, not to exceed price; shall include all labor and material costs associated with the Major Corrective Maintenance and shall be calculated on a per item basis (like items shall not be combined in the calculation). Upon approval, a letter authorizing the work will be issued by the Authorized User and a copy of such letter must accompany the invoice for the Major Corrective Maintenance services. Please note that if subcontractors are to be used, the requirements of Section 2.22 ‘Subcontracting of Work’ shall be met.

  • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent possible, USBFS shall notify the Trust of all planned outages and will perform any necessary maintenance during non-business hours.

  • Routine Maintenance (i) CRC shall be responsible for Routine Maintenance when necessary or desirable to maintain the Shared Assets in a safe operating condition, and to permit and facilitate (A) the performance by CRC of its obligations pursuant to this Agreement, and (B) the use of Shared Assets by the Operators in accordance with this Agreement.

The NTO shall comply with maintenance schedules coordinated by the ISO, pursuant to this Agreement, for NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control. The NTO shall be responsible for providing notification of maintenance schedules to the ISO for NTO Transmission Facilities Requiring ISO Notification. The NTO shall provide notification of maintenance schedules to affected Transmission Owners for NTO Transmission Facilities Requiring ISO Notification and Local Area Transmission Facilities pursuant to Section 3.5.3 of the ISO Services Tariff.

  • Project Maintenance The Local Government shall be responsible for maintenance of locally owned roads and locally owned facilities after completion of the work. The State shall be responsible for maintenance of the state highway system after completion of the work if the work was on the state highway system, unless otherwise provided for in existing maintenance agreements with the Local Government.

  • Planned Maintenance (a) Sellers may designate up to twenty (20) Days of Planned Maintenance on Sellers’ Facilities during each Contract Year. Sellers shall be entitled to reduce (including down to zero (0)) its Gas scheduling under Clause 8 and Exhibit 3 for each Day of Planned Maintenance.
