Systems analysis. (1) The City shall have reasonable access to the Contractor’s premises and all City Property, at reasonable times, for the purposes of reviewing, inspecting and evaluating the Contractor’s Property management plan(s), systems, procedures, records, and supporting documentation that pertains to City Property. This access includes all site locations associated with the performance of Services under this Contract including, with the Contractor’s consent, all subcontractor premises associated with the performance of Services under this Contract.
(2) Records of City Property shall be readily available to authorized City personnel and shall be appropriately safeguarded.
(3) Should it be determined by the City that the Contractor’s (or subcontractor’s) Property management practices are inadequate or not acceptable for the effective management and control of City Property under this Contract, or present an undue risk to the City, the Contractor shall prepare a corrective action plan when requested by the City Manager and take all necessary corrective actions as specified by the schedule within the corrective action plan.
(4) The Contractor shall ensure City access to subcontractor premises and all City Property located at subcontractor premises, for the purposes of reviewing, inspecting and evaluating the subcontractor’s Property management plan, systems, procedures, records, and supporting documentation that pertains to City Property.

(4) The Contractor shall ensure Government access to subcontractor premises, and all Government property located at subcontractor premises, for the purposes of reviewing, inspecting and evaluating the subcontractor’s property management plan, systems, procedures, records, and supporting documentation that pertains to Government property.
Systems analysis. CM shall continue evaluation of materials and construction systems (structural, mechanical, electrical, etc.) to advise JWA and the A-E of the most economical, time effective, and best value alternatives. CM is expected to identify cost-saving or better-value ideas. CM’s systems analysis is expected to identify savings to the project. CM shall develop a system that tracks options being considered where cost-saving or better-value ideas are tracked and reported. CM shall report on which ideas have been selected, deferred, or have yet to be considered. The report shall provide JWA with data in which it can make informed decisions.

Systems analysis. Upon receipt from BCC and/or Health Plans of information on physician practice groups under contract with Clients, Cymedix will perform a technical analysis of the hardware, software and platforms maintained by each prospective Pilot Provider. The results of that analysis will be used by Cymedix in selecting Pilot Providers for inclusion in the Pilot Program.

(1) Buyer and Government shall have access to Seller’s premises and all Government property, at reasonable times, for the purposes of reviewing, inspecting and evaluating Seller’s property management plan(s), systems, procedures, records, reports and supporting documentation that pertain to Government property.
(2) In the event Buyer identifies a deficiency or inadequacy relating to Seller’s management of Government property accountable to this Contract, Seller shall prepare a corrective action plan when requested by Xxxxx and take all necessary corrective actions as specified by the schedule within the corrective action plan.
Systems analysis. XXXXX CONSTRUCTION is particularly skilled at developing systems analysis to assure program requirements are met while considering initial cost as well as maintenance cost and requirements. We can assist the Owner and the design professionals with the selection process and budgeting of all types of systems including, but not limited to, mechanical/HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, data/communication, entry/exit systems (including alarm, storefront, doors, hardware, etc.), and finishes. XXXXX CONSTRUCTION performs thorough constructability reviews for all of our projects as a matter of practice. We will assess all areas of construction including civil or site work, structure, and all systems. We will work with the design professionals to maximize construction materials, equipment and processes and avoid delays in actual construction.
Systems analysis. Provide support services for the development of systems technical requirements, interface requirements, data and systems technical performance requirements. The technical support services shall include, but not be limited to, the development of systems concepts and implementation approaches, technical feasibility and alternative analyses, and trade-off studies.
