Talent Release. I grant to College the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use, reproduce, broadcast, telecast, publish, present and display the name, likeness, features, voice, identity, resemblance, quotations or photographs of Participant while engaged in the Activity. The terms of this Agreement shall be severable, such that if a court of competent jurisdiction holds any term to be illegal or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining portions shall not be affected thereby. Talent Release. 12.1.1 SSF and its assigns shall be and remain the exclusive owner of the national athlete and its products in Singapore. 12.1.2 To render services as a talent/performer in any projects required by/for SSF. 12.1.3 To waive any right to edit or approve the use and release of the finished projects. 12.1.4 To attend any screen tests, wardrobe fittings, film shooting, or photographic session reasonably required by/for SSF. 12.1.5 To be punctual and in good performing condition for the due performance of the part prescribed as required by the relevant shoot board and schedule. 12.1.6 To supply personal wardrobe as required, and to observe the requirement of SSF or external companies approved by SSF to dress, style, make-up and hairstyle. 12.1.7 To perform as directed, to abide by all the rules and regulations set by SSF, and standby for duty from the call time until stand down. 12.1.8 To attend reshoot or extension of shooting time as is necessary for the successful completion of the production. 12.1.9 To allow the taking of still photography and video for use in relevant campaign/project or for record purpose. 12.1.10 To allow the use of the work in any format in connection with the specified advertising campaign/project, including what might be deemed to be misrepresentation, distortion, optical illusion, faulty reproduction, cut-down or add-on in the finished materials. 12.1.11 I hereby release SSF and its assigns from any claim of any kind or nature whatsoever arising from the use of My Services, including, but not limited to, those based upon “moral rights” (which to the extent such “moral rights” may not be granted are expressly waived), defamation (including libel and slander), invasion of privacy, right of publicity, copyright, or any other personal and/or property rights (“Claim”) and agree that I will not now or in the future assert or maintain Claims against SSF and/or its assigns. Talent Release. In consideration of my and/or my child's/childrens’ participation in activities to be conducted and/or sponsored by the YMCA, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby freely and without restraint consent to and grant the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago and its agents,successors, licensees, assigns, and affiliated entities (collectively, the “YMCA”)the right to publish,print, photograph, videotape,recorder otherwise reproduce my voice, appearance, opinions,statements, biographical information, name, place of residence(city and state) and other personal information concerning me,to own all the results thereof as a work for hire for copyright purposes, and to exhibit, display distribute,transmit, and/or otherwise exploit any and all such reproductions containing my and/or my child’s/childrens’ voice, opinions,statements, appearance, and/or other contributions, altered as the YMCA may see fit, in any and all media now or hereafter known, including without limitation by means of internet, email, still photography, billboard, radio, television, video, soundtrack recordings, printing, merchandising, public displays, exhibitions, and in advertising and/or publicity in connection therewith, and the right to use my and/or my child’s/childrens’ name, and/or city and state of residence in any connection with any of the foregoing. The rights granted by me hereunder are granted for the entire universe and shall insure in perpetuity and no further compensation shall be payable to me at any time in connection therewith.
