MARKETING & PROMOTION. 10.1 The Hirer shall not permit, encourage or arrange for flyposting or other illegal advertising.
10.2 No promotional material shall be posted on or in any property belonging to the Council except with prior consent.
10.3 Use of the Council’s branding, logos and photographs is only permitted with prior consent.
10.4 Any press or media attendance or involvement must be clearly communicated in writing to the Authorised Officer in advance and will be subject to approval by the Council’s Communications and Marketing Manager.
MARKETING & PROMOTION. Seller shall not, without Equinix’s prior written consent: (a) include in any promotional, publicity or professional material any representation of the design and/or any photograph of the exterior or interior, of any Equinix IBX facility and/or (b) use Equinix’s name, trademark or logo in any promotional, publicity or professional material or other public document or refer to Equinix as a customer of Seller.
MARKETING & PROMOTION. The Agency shall coordinate all marketing and promotion for the Center as a quality outdoor professional music and theatrical performance venue in Northeast Wisconsin and provide the following marketing and promotional services:
(a) Coordinate usage of the Center including but not limited to maintaining a schedule of events for usage of the Center; monitoring and reporting to the Village any and all concerns regarding the Center’s facilities, equipment and maintenance; and maintain records regarding the Center’s usage and operations.
(b) Adhere to the budget as set by the Village Board for the operation of the Center and for the promotion and marketing of the Center.
(c) Select, train and monitor paid and volunteer staff providing services in connection with the usage and operation of the Center.
(d) Attend, oversee and monitor Event operations and other usage of the Center and manage facility rentals and rental contracts.
(e) Represent, market and promote the Center at meetings of various groups and organizations involved in the support and promotion of arts and entertainment.
(f) Provide the Village Board with written pre and in season reports describing:
(1) The status of Event scheduling;
(2) The Agency’s promotional and marketing activities;
(3) Center usage and operations including maintenance needs and issues;
(4) Post-Event wrap-ups including performance reviews, number of attendees, audience feedback and any production or facilities operational issues or concerns;
(5) Updates to information provided under prior monthly reports.
i. Inform Village Administrator about physical condition of Center, equipment upgrades and equipment replacement needs; and
(6) Financial reporting, grants, and sponsorships
MARKETING & PROMOTION. Retailer agrees (i) to keep all Rental Pictures in ------------------- a "new release" section for, at minimum, [*] and (ii) to develop, create, install and maintain in consultation with WHV a WHV-dedicated web page on Retailer's website with a direct link from Retailer's home page. Retailer agrees that XXX's positioning (as set forth above) shall be no worse than the positioning for the video product of any other Studio (as defined below). Both parties agree to review Retailer's marketing/promotion of WHV's product on an on-going basis during the Term.
MARKETING & PROMOTION. Work with the Developer to establish a marketing plan (which must be approved by BK) including creative media selection and research. Assist the Developer in developing marketing strategies in line with Burger King’s strategies for Europe and the Middle East. Without prejudice to the terms of the Franchise Agreements, BK shall have the right to approve all advertising creative, and all advertising budgets.
MARKETING & PROMOTION. 8.1 In order to highlight the joint collaboration and differentiated solution offered by the Services, the Parties will develop:
8.1.1 Integrated solution marketing material to be used by both Parties as the template for presentations, tenders, proposals and other publications; and
8.1.2 shared publicity material for internal and external audiences highlighting examples of collaboration and promoting the relationship of the Parties (including social media, printed publications, online platforms such as LinkedIn, investor relations events, conferences and industry forums), (“Marketing Materials”).
8.2 All Marketing Materials must be approved by the Parties before being distributed externally as per Bilateral Confidential Disclosure Agreement.
MARKETING & PROMOTION. (a) NGS hereby grants to Xxxxxxxx a non-exclusive license to use the Licensed Property for the advertising and promotion of Xxxxxxxx Trips in the United States, its territories and possessions (collectively, the “Territory”). In the event Xxxxxxxx wishes to use the Licensed Property in advertising and promotion directed at a specific region outside the Territory, NGS and Xxxxxxxx may mutually agree in writing in advance. In addition, NGS hereby grants to Xxxxxxxx a non-exclusive license to use the Licensed Property in association with the Xxxxxxxx Expeditions name, trademarks, service marks and logos in connection with promotional and public relations communications in the Territory relating to Xxxxxxxx Trips departing during the Term to destinations worldwide, subject to the terms, limitations and conditions of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Xxxxxxxx shall make no use of the Licensed Property:
(i) In association with any third party trademark in any promotion or communication for the Xxxxxxxx Trips, except pursuant to approvals granted pursuant to the Section headed QUALITY CONTROLS AND PROCEDURES.
(ii) To promote Xxxxxxxx Trips to persons domiciled outside the Territory except to persons who are on Xxxxxxxx’x mailing list by virtue of being: past guests; waitlisted or cancelled guests; persons who have, at any time, inquired about Xxxxxxxx Trips; or persons who have responded to Xxxxxxxx marketing activities targeted to the Territory. The parties acknowledge that such persons as described under the exceptions in the foregoing sentence currently constitute and during the Term will constitute an insubstantial percentage of Xxxxxxxx’x mailing list.
(b) Xxxxxxxx shall use commercially reasonable efforts, and [*], to sell, advertise, promote and support its sale of the Xxxxxxxx Trips throughout the Term, unless specifically stated in the Tour Operator Agreement. Advertising and Trip Materials shall be subject to the review and/or approval process set forth in the Section headed QUALITY CONTROLS AND PROCEDURES.
(c) Xxxxxxxx will showcase NGS as an institution on the NG-Branded Ships and on other Xxxxxxxx Ships operating NGE/Xxxxxxxx Trips and will make every effort to ensure all on-board materials, as well as verbal and digital communications, will reflect the Xxxxxxxx and NGS co-branding subject to the process set forth in the Section headed QUALITY CONTROLS AND PROCEDURES. NGS and Xxxxxxxx will work together to identify opportunities for Xxxx...
MARKETING & PROMOTION. The Partnership shall include a group of Partnership employees responsible for marketing and promotion for the News Products on Narrowband platforms and in other media, subject to Section 3.5(c). The senior employee in such group shall be subject to hiring/firing by ABC and firing by Starwave and shall report directly to the General Manager. In addition, ABC shall provide marketing and promotion services for the News Products in other media, as set forth in the Service Agreement, and in accordance with the Promotional Services Agreement.
MARKETING & PROMOTION. It is hereby agreed and declared that the parties to this agreement shall jointly market and promote the MyWeb set-top box and the MyWeb On-Line Service and where appropriate, the Licensor shall encourage subscribers to use the services of the Licensee.
MARKETING & PROMOTION. Owner agrees to allow Manager free use of the Unit for seven (7) days each calendar year for marketing and promotional purposes. Such free days shall be scheduled in a manner that does not interfere with any revenue- generating bookings. Owner also agrees that Manager will promote various rates to promote unit reservations. Manager works with various tour operators and will endeavor to generate bookings for the owner.
