Insurance Requirements, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification of Management: Exhibitor hereby covenants, agrees and undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless, and to insure officers, representatives, agents and employees of Management (including Yale Xxxxxxx Productions LLC), the exhibition facility and their respective employees, representatives, agents and employees from, against and with respect to any and all losses, costs, liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees and disbursements) relating to, arising out of or resulting from the use by Exhibitor’s acceptance of this license from Management to use any space at Management’s Exhibition, or Exhibitor’s use or occupancy of such space and/or the building housing the exhibition facility—including but not limited to personal injury, death, property damage or any other damage or injury. Exhibitor agrees to carry insurance not less than $2,000,000 combined single limit for personal injury and property damage, having the exhibition facility, its owners, and Management be named as additional insureds on such policy. Photography and Video. Professional photography and recording of video on the premises is not allowed without the advance written approval of Youfit Health Clubs’ Legal Department and execution of appropriate release/consent forms. Personal photography (i.e., “selfies” and photos posted to social media sites) is allowed in public areas of the club only. You must have consent to photograph any other member, guest or team member. No photography or cameras of any kind are allowed in any locker room, rest room, sauna/steam room, or in the childcare center. Youfit allows certain team members to take images of members and guests for social media purposes, including participants in group fitness and team training classes. If you do not wish to have images taken by Youfit, please let the team member know, so that you can opt out. By your continued use of Youfit’s premises and services, including participation in the class, you irrevocably consent to and grant Youfit the exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free and otherwise unlimited right to use, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display and perform, publish, transmit, remove, retain, and repurpose the images for any purpose in any media or form of communication, without additional consent and without compensation, including but not limited to Youfit’s commercial and promotional use on its corporate or employee social media sites.

Trip Materials: Copyright in all photographs, video and text (including correspondence) created by the Student during the operation of any Trip, or part thereof, (“Trip Materials”) shall belong to the Student upon creation. You and the Student grant to Times Student Journeys, Times Student Journeys-authorized third parties, and PST a nonexclusive, worldwide, irrevocable license to use the Trip Materials, in any media now existing or subsequently developed for the following limited purposes: editorial use, promotion of the editorial use, promotion of Times Student Journeys or promotion of PST. General: You consent to our use of written correspondence or Trip feedback from parents and Students for marketing purposes without compensation. Facsimile or scanned transmission of any signed document shall be deemed delivery of an original. If there are any conflicts between these Terms and Conditions and the Itinerary, these Terms and Conditions shall control. Photography and Video. Due to child protection laws and privacy issues, we are unable to allow parents to take photos or videos of students during open days, performances or student showcase classes unless permission has been granted by a student’s parent or guardian. A photography disclaimer has been included on the MAKS Enrolment Form for you to indicate whether or not you give permission for your child to be photographed by MAKS Ballet Studios, and whether you agree to those images being used for marketing or promotional purposes. UPDATING RECORDS Parents/guardians are responsible for advising MAKS Ballet Studios of any changes to their student’s personal records. This is essential to ensure the appropriate individuals are contacted in case of an emergency, ongoing student notices, medical conditions, advice on studio matters and billing purposes.

You grant to PST, National Geographic, and National Geographic-authorized third parties a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable license to use the Student Travel Materials, provided to Trip Provider in any media for the following limited purposes: editorial use, promotion of this editorial use, promotion of National Geographic Student Travel, promotion of the work of PST, or promotion of the mission of National Geographic.
