Taxation Services. You appoint us to act as your tax agent and liaise with Inland Revenue for all tax types and tax matters for you, and any associated or related entities that you require us to act for. Where appropriate we will engage experts to provide advice on resolving any specialised issues. If required by you, on the basis of information you provide we will prepare Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns, Employer Deductions (PAYE) returns, Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) returns, Resident Withholding Tax (RWT) returns, Dividend Withholding Tax (DWT) returns, Imputation Credit Account (ICA) returns & any other tax types as and when required. You authorise us to liaise with Inland Revenue on your behalf in relation to establishing tax payment arrangements at any time you request it. You authorise us to request Inland Revenue make transfers between tax periods, between tax types, or between related taxpayers to correct payment allocation errors or otherwise as required.
Taxation Services. Where our Agreement involves us providing taxation services, the responsibility for the accuracy and the completeness of the particulars and information provided by you in respect of taxation services rests with you. It is your obligation, under Australia’s self-assessment regime, to keep full and proper records in order to facilitate the preparation of accurate returns to the Australian Taxation Office. Where we provide taxation advice, that advice represents our opinion which has been formed based on our knowledge of your particular circumstances. We will not provide taxation services to you if we discover, or form an opinion that, the information on which the taxation service is to be based contains false or misleading information or omits material information that you are not prepared to appropriately amend.
Taxation Services. Income tax returns will be compiled from the records supplied to us. The accuracy of the income t ax returns will depend on the completeness and accuracy of the information supplied to us. The responsibility for the contents of an income tax return rests with the taxpayer. Before signing, you should therefore review the income tax return to ensure that it is correct. We will attend to the compilation and lodgement of Business Activity Statements (BAS) and or Instalment Activity Statements (IAS) based on the information provided by you. We will rely on your underlying procedures and systems to correctly record goods and services tax (GST) information. You are responsible for calculating the entity’s GST liability. Our procedures are limited to reconciling the net GST payable or receivable in the financial records to the BAS. We will attend to the compilation and lodgement of Fringe Benefits Tax returns based on information provided by you. In the event of a review or audit by the Australian Taxation Office, you may be requested to produce documents, records or other evidence to substantiate the items of income and deductions declared in an income tax return. Taxation advice is necessarily an opinion only based on our knowledge of the particular circumstances and facts. Any advice that we give you will be based on the law as it is on the date of the advic e. We accept no responsibility for changes in the law, or in interpretations of the law, which occur subsequent to the date on which our advice is given to you. There are limitations attaching to such tax advice and our expression of opinion should not be taken as an assertion of fact. Consequently, such advice and income tax returns are not beyond challenge. We are under no obligation in any circumstance to update any advice or report for events occurring after the advice or report has been provided.
Taxation Services. We will assist with the preparation and submission of the Income tax (IT12) and Provisional. tax returns (IRP6) of the Client which have been duly approved and signed by you or on your behalf. We will also act as your tax adviser on any other matter specifically referred to us. Our responsibility is the completion and the submission of the tax returns, based on information provided by you. Enquiries, payments, registrations and applications This appointment further includes the right to enquire into any matter regarding taxation, any other levies and/or contributions received or paid to insurance, banks and/or other companies. This appointment further includes the right to sort out queries on any related matter, the handling of payments and the collection of refunds on my behalf. To make, assist and advise on registrations, applications and prospective applications for any Tax registration, amnesty, exemption, grant or deduction as required for whomever, from time to time. Sars e-Filing This appointment further includes the right for Taxco to register myself on SARS E-filing as a separate User on the Taxco SARS E-filing profile and to electronically submit and pay my returns through SARS E-filing. It is my responsibility to ensure that the amounts are completed correctly by Taxco on the submitted forms and sufficient funds are available for the payment of such returns. The Client is the declarant, notwithstanding the fact that Taxco may complete the return based on information supplied by the Client or who actually completes the return, and at all times declare that the returns submitted were checked by the Client and once submitted by Taxco, are true, complete and correct. Taxpayer responsibility The Client declares that he understands that he is the Taxpayer and that it is his responsibility to ensure that his tax affairs are up to date and kept in such a manner that is required by any law and all information supplied is true and correct. He is fully aware that Taxco can only act on information and representations provided by him and accepts full responsibility for any taxation, levies, penalties and interest that may become due from time to time and exempts Taxco, it's trustees and employees, without prejudice, from all such liabilities in this regard.   • ADMINISTRATION SERVICES When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug. See Infusion Therapy - Administration Services in the Summary of Medical Benefits for benefit limits and the amount you pay. Prescription drugs that are self-administered are not covered as a medical benefit but may be covered as a pharmacy benefit. Please see Pharmacy Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies – Pharmacy Benefits section above for additional information. Site of Care Program For some medical prescription drugs, after the first administration, coverage may be limited to certain locations (for example, a designated outpatient or ambulatory service facility, physician’s office, or your home), provided the location is appropriate based on your medical status. For a list of medical prescription drugs that are subject to this Site of Care Program, visit our website. Preauthorization may be required to determine medical necessity as well as appropriate site of care. If we deny your request for preauthorization, or you disagree with our determination for the appropriate site of care, you can submit a medical appeal. See Appeals in Section 5 for information on how to file a medical appeal.

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.

  • Acquisition Services (i) Serve as the Company’s investment and financial advisor and provide relevant market research and economic and statistical data in connection with the Company’s assets and investment objectives and policies;

  • Transition Services The Purchasers will provide to the Sellers termination assistance as reasonably requested in order to provide an orderly transition following the termination of the Agreement (or any portion thereof), and the Sellers will provide to the Purchasers reasonable cooperation and assistance in connection therewith. In connection with this transition assistance, the Purchasers and Sellers will reasonably cooperate in the transition of the Services from the Purchasers to any Replacement Provider. With respect to the Serviced Appointments subject to termination, the Sellers shall provide the Purchasers with notice of the effective date (each, a “Transition Effective Date”) of the transition of the Services to a Replacement Provider. Notwithstanding any termination of the Agreement (or any portion thereof) in accordance with this Article II, with respect to the Serviced Appointments subject to termination, the rights and obligations of the parties under the Servicing Agreement shall remain in effect until the applicable Transition Effective Date.

  • REGULATORY ADMINISTRATION SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following regulatory administration services for each Fund and Series:  Assist the Fund in responding to SEC examination requests by providing requested documents in the possession of BNY Mellon that are on the SEC examination request list and by making employees responsible for providing services available to regulatory authorities having jurisdiction over the performance of such services as may be required or reasonably requested by such regulatory authorities;  Assist with and/or coordinate such other filings, notices and regulatory matters and other due diligence requests or requests for proposal on such terms and conditions as BNY Mellon and the applicable Fund on behalf of itself and its Series may mutually agree upon in writing from time to time; and

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Outside Services Consultant shall not use the service of any other person, entity, or organization in the performance of Consultant’s duties without the prior written consent of an officer of the Company.
