Te1m. This Agreement shall become enforceable upon execution by the City and Owner. This Agreement shall terminate on the 15th anniversary ofits execution unless extended by mutual agreement ofthe parties, or upon full build-out of the property.

Te1m. The Board and the District will employ the Superintendent from July 1, 2012 until June 30, 2017. Should the Board choose not to renew this Agreement at the end of its tem1; the Board will so notify the Superintendent in the manner required by Section 1229 of the Revised School Code. Otherwise, this Agreement will automatically renew for one more year.
Te1m. (a) This Agreement shall be and remain in full force and effect from the date hereof and until [ ], 2050 (the Initial Term), at which time, unless otherwise terminated by any or all of the Cooperative Parties, this Agreement automatically shall renew for one successive terms of 30 years (the Renewal Term); provided, however, that notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, this Agreement shall automatically renew and remain in effect for a period of one or more Renewal Terms, as applicable, for so long as the XXXX Agreement, as defined herein, shall remain in effect. During the final year of the Initial Term and the final year of each Renewal Term, any of the Cooperative Parties may, by written notification to the other parties following authorization by its legislative authority, cause this Agreement to terminate at the end of such term. The provision herein for the Initial Term of this Agreement recognizes that the accrual of benefits to the parties from this Agreement may take decades.

  • Broken Shifts (a) An employee may agree to work broken shifts at any time; however an employee may be required to work broken shifts in the following circumstances:

  • Industrial Accident or Illness Leave 7.6.1 All unit members shall receive sixty (60) days’ leave with pay in any one fiscal year for an industrial accident or illness. An industrial accident or illness is defined as one where the unit member becomes ill or is injured while he/she is serving the District, and, the accident or illness is reported to the District’s Self-Insurance Program in accordance with District regulations, and, the District Self-Insurance Program accepts responsibility for the treatment of the unit member.

  • Guests; Occupancy Limits No more than one person may occupy a bedroom space, except for minor children for whom the Resident is the parent or legal guardian with Owner’s consent and with consent of apartment-mates as applicable . If Resident desires to have an Overnight Guest (any person staying in the Resident’s assigned bedroom space or apartment for more than three total nights in any 30-day period), then Resident must register the Overnight Guest(s) with Owner. Resident may not have Overnight Guest(s) for more than three consecutive nights, nor for more than six total nights in any 30-day period. In the event any unregistered or unauthorized Overnight Guest(s) are identified to be in or using an apartment or bedroom space, Owner may assess against the Resident a fee of $60 per night, in addition to the right of Owner to declare Resident in material breach of this Agreement and pursue other available remedies. Although Resident may have Guests from time to time, Owner reserves the right to restrict the number of persons permitted in or about an apartment at any time in Owner’s discretion, to protect safety and the quiet enjoyment of other residents. Guests may park only in designated guest parking areas, if any, and no Guest’s vehicle may remain at the Property for more than three days.

  • Safety Shoes 3901 Employees who are required to wear steel-toed safety shoes will receive $225 toward the purchase and/or replacement of these shoes in the first quarter of each year. Any employee out on an authorized leave shall receive payment within thirty days of their return to paid duty. New employees who are required to wear steel- toed safety shoes will receive $225 toward the purchase of shoes in their first paycheck; for employees hired on or after December 1, he/she shall not receive an additional $225 in the first quarter.
