Teacher Based Teams. The roles and responsibilities of the Teacher Based Team (TBTs) are as follows: ⮚ Collect and chart student performance data relative to plan indicators ⮚ Analyze student work ⮚ Establish expectations for implementing specific effective classroom changes relative to the data ⮚ Learn from colleagues about how to implement classroom changes ⮚ Implement changes in all classrooms ⮚ Collect, chart and analyze pre-and post-student performance data relative to plan indicators and determine effectiveness of practices ⮚ Make course corrections in the classroom ⮚ Report results to the Building Leadership Team (BLT) ⮚ Share work and celebrate successes. TBT’s will meet during planning time once a week. Participation in the once weekly TBT meeting shall result in contact hours being earned and provided to Professional Staff Members at a rate of one (1) hour per week.

Teacher Based Teams. As used in this provision, “Teacher Based Teams” (TBTs) share responsibility with district and building-level teams for improving student achievement as part of a system- wide improvement focus (Ohio Improvement Process). The Association and Board recognize that collaborative teams are essential for shared leadership and effective communication and that improvements in student educational opportunities can result from this work. TBTs shall be created, directed, and conducted at the building level. Team composition and focus should reflect a commitment to continuous improvement, collective responsibility, and equity. The Association recognizes that the focus of each team needs to be aligned with district and building goals and shall have input and oversight from administration. All parties recognize that this time is in recognition of Article 22.1 (c)(2).

  • DISCIPLINE OF TEACHERS A. The Board may adopt rules and regulations not in conflict with the terms of this Agreement concerning the discipline of teachers.

  • Teams One team for the purposes of the Event shall consist of one Vehicle. Each Vehicle can contain a maximum of three Team Members, provided such Team Members have entered into a Team Entry Agreement with the Company or have otherwise agreed in writing to participate in the Event upon and subject to the Terms of Entry and the Event Rules. For the avoidance of doubt, it is the sole responsibility of each Team to inform themselves of the maximum numbers of persons legally permitted to travel in the Vehicle under Relevant Law. Vehicles: Rickshaws The Company shall provide each Team with the contact details of the Approved Hirer who will be able to provide each Team with a Vehicle for use in the Event, subject to the Team entering into an agreement (the “Borrowing Agreementâ€) with the Hirer outlining the terms of use of the Vehicle. Should the Vehicle not be delivered to the Designated Finish Point up to 3 days after the date of the official Finish Line Party, then the team will be liable for either the cost to retrieve the Vehicle and/or the "Hire Costs" beyond this date. Each Vehicle will be of a similar specification to that outlined in Schedule 4 to the Team Entry Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall make no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the Approved Hirer or of the Vehicle for participation in the Event and any rights or warranties which a Team may have or be granted in relation to the Vehicle shall be limited to those contained in the Rental Agreement or implied by any Relevant Law.

Inner Loop, Georgetown, Texas 78626 County shall have the right, from time to time, to change the County’s Designated Representative by giving Engineer written notice thereof. With respect to any action, decision or determination which is to be taken or made by County under this Agreement, the County’s Designated Representative may take such action or make such decision or determination or shall notify Engineer in writing of an individual responsible for and capable of taking such action, decision or determination and shall forward any communications and documentation to such individual for response or action. Actions, decisions or determinations by the County’s Designated Representative on behalf of County shall be done in his or her reasonable business judgment unless express standards or parameters therefor are included in this Agreement, in which case, actions taken by the County’s Designated Representative shall be in accordance with such express standards or parameters. Any consent, approval, decision or determination hereunder by the County’s Designated Representative shall be binding on County; provided, however, the County’s Designated Representative shall not have any right to execute, modify, amend or terminate this Agreement, an executed Annual Fiscal Year Work Authorization, an executed Supplemental Annual Fiscal Year Work Authorization or executed amendment to this Agreement unless otherwise granted such authority by the Williamson County Commissioners Court.   • The Joint Committee 1. A Joint Committee is hereby established in which each Contracting Party shall be represented.

  • Committee Work All time spent by employees on Employer established committees and committees mentioned in this contract (including side letters) shall be considered time worked and shall be paid at the appropriate rate of pay. Time spent on committee work will not be counted towards the calculation of overtime.

  • Staffing Plan 8.l The Board and the Association agree that optimum class size is an important aspect of the effective educational program. The Polk County School Staffing Plan shall be constructed each year according to the procedures set forth in Board Policy and, upon adoption, shall become Board Policy.
