TEACHERS’ FUND Clause Samples

The Teachers’ Fund clause establishes a dedicated fund or account specifically for the benefit of teachers, often within an educational institution or related organization. This clause typically outlines how contributions are made to the fund, who manages it, and the purposes for which the funds may be used, such as professional development, welfare, or retirement benefits for teachers. Its core practical function is to ensure that resources are systematically set aside and managed to support teachers’ needs, thereby promoting their well-being and professional growth.
