– TEACHERS’ FUND. 11.01 The Board agrees to pay to a Teachers’ Fund for the schools involved the monies normally paid for noon hour supervision provided the teachers actually perform the duties of noon hour supervision. 11.02 The payment cheques to each staff shall be forwarded monthly of each school year. 11.03 When requested, staffs shall provide the Board with an accounting of the monies allocated under this Article. 11.04 Supervisory money from the Teachers’ Fund shall not be paid to individual teachers for their personal gain. 11.05 On or before June 1st of each year, the Board shall provide the Chair of the Tri-County RRC with the names of the schools which have received monies pursuant to Article 11.01 and the total amount of monies allocated to each participating school. 11.06 When requested, the Board shall provide the Chair of the Tri-County RRC with the method of calculation of monies under this Article.

– TEACHERS’ FUND. 9.01 The Centre agrees to provide additional school funds for teachers who choose to perform the duties of noon hour supervision. 9.02 The Centre will make the payments to schools for teachers who performed the supervision on a quarterly basis within each school year.‌ 9.03 On or before June 30 the school shall provide the Centre with an annual accounting of the monies allocated under this Article. 9.04 Teachers who receive these funds will not use the funds for personal gain. Teachers will use the funds for classroom and program enhancements. 9.05 On or before May 15 of each year, upon request the Centre shall provide the Chair of the Regional Representative Council with the names of the schools, which have received monies pursuant to Article 9.01 and the total amount of monies allocated to each participating school during the previous fiscal year. (a) The Centre and Union will establish guidelines regarding the rate for payments and further details regarding the use of the funds. Any changes to said guidelines require mutual agreement of the Centre and Union. (b) Guidelines for the Teachers’ Fund are to be updated annually and made available on the Centre’s website on or before June 30.

  • Teacher The term, “teacher,” shall mean all persons in the appropriate unit employed by the School District in a position for which the person must be licensed by the State of Minnesota, but shall not include superintendent, assistant superintendent, principals and assistant principals who devote more than 50% of their time to administrative or supervisory duties, confidential employees, and such other employees excluded or included by law.

  • HUMANITY FUND The Company agrees to deduct on a weekly basis the amount of forty (40) cents per week from the wages of all employees in the bargaining unit for all hours worked and, prior to the 15th day of the month following, to pay the amount so deducted to the "Humanity Fund" and to forward such payment to United Steelworkers National Office, 000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, X0X 0X0 and to advise in writing both the Humanity Fund at the aforementioned address and the local union that such payment has been made, the amount of such payment and the names of all employees in the bargaining unit on whose behalf such payment has been made. All employee deductions are voluntary and may be cancelled upon request.

  • Education Fund Full-Time and Part-Time 27.01 If the Local Union indicates to the Hospital that a special assessment of $0.03 per hour for Union education applies to all bargaining unit members, the Hospital agrees to deduct this assessment. Such assessment along with a listing of employees will be paid on a quarterly basis into a trust fund established and administered by the applicable SEIU Local Union for this purpose.

  • FEMA Fund Certifications Submission of this proposal is Vendor’s certification that Vendor agrees to this term. Vendor certifies that IF and when Vendor accepts a TIPS purchase paid for in full or part with FEMA funds, Vendor certifies that: (1) Vendor agrees to provide the TIPS Member, the FEMA Administrator, the Comptroller General of the United States, or any of their authorized representatives access to and rights to reproduce any books, documents, papers, and records of the Contractor which are directly pertinent to this contract for the purposes of making audits, examinations, excerpts, and transcriptions. The Vendor agrees to provide the FEMA Administrator or an authorized representatives access to construction or other work sites pertaining to the work being completed under the contract. Vendor acknowledges and agrees that no language in this contract or the contract with the TIPS Member is intended to prohibit audits or internal reviews by the FEMA Administrator or the Comptroller General of the United States.

  • Student Teachers A. The term "student teacher" as used hereinafter shall refer to student teachers, intern teachers and all other such programs. Agreement to become a supervising teacher of a student teacher shall be strictly voluntary and is recognized not to result in such bargaining unit members becoming supervisors within the meaning of the Public Employment Relations Act (PERA). Probationary teachers are prohibited from accepting student teachers. B. It is expressly agreed that the Association may refuse to permit a bargaining unit member from supervising or directing the activities of a student teacher in the event: 1. The student teacher would displace instructional aides, para- professionals, or other current employees then employed. 2. The use of such student teacher would be used by the Employer as a basis for not hiring additional bargaining unit personnel. C. The Board shall disclose all terms of any agreement between it and any student placing institution. The terms and conditions of placement of student teachers shall be consistent with this agreement, unless otherwise agreed to by the Association. D. The supervising teacher shall have the right to accept an honorarium or other such token of appreciation as may be offered by the student/intern placing institution. E. Prior to acceptance of a student teacher, there shall be a meeting between the teacher, prospective student teacher, principal, president of the Association or an executive committee member of the Association. Following this interview, the teacher shall then have the right to accept or reject the student teacher. F. Any terms or conditions of this section not previously specified in this agreement shall be negotiated between the Board and the Association prior to implementation of future programs.

  • TEACHERS AND RESEARCHERS 1. An individual who is a resident of a Contracting State immediately before making a visit to the other Contracting State, and who, at the invitation of any university, college, school or other similar educational institution, visits that other State for a period not exceeding two years solely for the purpose of teaching or research or both at such educational institution shall be exempt from tax in that other State on any remuneration for such teaching or research. 2. This Article shall not apply to income from research if such research is undertaken primarily for the private benefit of a specific person or persons.

  • Fund Administration Treasury Services Prepare for the review by designated officer(s) of the Trusts’ financial information that will be included in the Trusts’ semi-annual and annual shareholder reports (which shall also be subject to review by the Trusts’ legal counsel), and other quarterly reports (as mutually agreed upon), including tax footnote disclosures where applicable;

  • Health Spending Account contributions by the Executive will cease on the Effective Date. The Executive may submit claims against the balance accrued to the Effective Date, until the end of the calendar year in which the Effective Date occurs.

  • INDUSTRY FUND a. The Employer shall contribute and remit such contributions to the Union’s Industry Fund as specified in Schedule “A” for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement. b. The Industry Fund shall be used by the Union for the promotion of the industry, to promote unionized construction, and for other purposes as determined by the Union to strengthen the position of the Union and its members in the industry. c. The total amount owing shall be remitted monthly to the Union by the 15th of the month following the month for which the contributions were made. Contributions shall be itemized separately on the remittance form.
