Program Enhancements. The MPF Provider shall hold periodic meetings to discuss possible changes and enhancements to the MPF Program system and to prioritize the scheduling of any such enhancements. Such meetings will be open to all FHLBs participating in the MPF Program, which wish to attend in person or telephonically.

Program Enhancements. SA agrees to deliver to HP a Complete Copy of any Program enhancement within five (5) days of its release by SA. HP will have the right to test and evaluate the Enhancement under the acceptance procedure described above.

Program Enhancements. 3.1 On an ongoing basis, SSS will maintain a database of Software issues reported by Software Maintenance customers using the Software with respect to any Errors that prevent the Software from operating in accordance with its applicable documentation. 3.2 Under a Software Maintenance plan, SSS will provide to DoD the following as they become available: 3.2.1 All new releases of the Software containing error corrections or new features or functionality that SSS makes generally available to customers who have purchased Software Maintenance at the same level purchased by DoD, and; 3.2.2 SSS’s standard documentation for such new releases in electronic form. 3.3 Delivery of new releases shall include; 3.3.1 The updated Software; 3.3.2 Instructions for installing and updating the existing release of the Software; and 3.3.3 A list of the installation requirements for the new release. 3.4 In the event that the proper installation of new releases by DoD in accordance with the instructions in the release documentation causes existing, unmodified Software that are then under Software Maintenance plan coverage at the version level specified in the release documentation to stop function in accordance with their documentation, DoD will log a case for technical support and SSS will provide assistance under the applicable Software Maintenance plan.

Under a Software Maintenance plan that includes the items identified in this subparagraph 3.3, Contractor will provide to DoD the following as they become available: (i) All New Releases of the Software containing Error corrections or new features or functionality that Contractor makes generally available to customers who have purchased Software Maintenance at the same level purchased by DoD and (ii) Contractor’s standard documentation for such New Releases in printed or electronic form. 3.4. Delivery of New Releases shall include: (i) the updated Software; (ii) instructions for installing and updating the existing release of the Software; and (iii) a list of the installation requirements for the New Release. The most current version of Software shall be provided online in electronic form via download (i.e., electronic delivery). Contractor shall be responsible for the costs of making the New Release of the Software available to DoD. DoD shall be responsible for its own costs of retrieval of the New Release of the Software. 3.5. In the event that the proper installation of New Releases by DoD in accordance with the instructions in the release documentation causes existing, unmodified Software that are then under Software Maintenance coverage at the version level specified in the release documentation to stop functioning in accordance with their documentation, DoD will log a case for technical support and Contractor will provide assistance under Software Maintenance.

  • System Enhancements State Street will provide to the Fund any enhancements to the System developed by State Street and made a part of the System; provided that State Street offer the Fund reasonable training on the enhancement. Charges for system enhancements shall be as provided in the Fee Schedule. State Street retains the right to charge for related systems or products that may be developed and separately made available for use other than through the System.

  • Enhancements No Enhancement shall be provided in respect of any Series of Notes, nor will any Enhancement Provider have any rights hereunder, as third-party beneficiary or otherwise, unless the Servicer has provided its prior written consent to such Enhancement, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.

  • Program Evaluation The School District and the College will develop a plan for the evaluation of the Dual Credit program to be completed each year. The evaluation will include, but is not limited to, disaggregated attendance and retention rates, GPA of high-school-credit-only courses and college courses, satisfactory progress in college courses, state assessment results, SAT/ACT, as applicable, TSIA readiness by grade level, and adequate progress toward the college-readiness of the students in the program. The School District commits to collecting longitudinal data as specified by the College, and making data and performance outcomes available to the College upon request. HB 1638 and SACSCOC require the collection of data points to be longitudinally captured by the School District, in collaboration with the College, will include, at minimum: student enrollment, GPA, retention, persistence, completion, transfer and scholarships. School District will provide parent contact and demographic information to the College upon request for targeted marketing of degree completion or workforce development information to parents of Students. School District agrees to obtain valid FERPA releases drafted to support the supply of such data if deemed required by counsel to either School District or the College. The College conducts and reports regular and ongoing evaluations of the Dual Credit program effectiveness and uses the results for continuous improvement.

  • Servicing Programs No license or approval is required for the Administrative Agent’s use of any software or other computer program used by the Servicer, any Originator or any Sub-Servicer in the servicing of the Pool Receivables, other than those which have been obtained and are in full force and effect.

  • Maintenance Programme (i) The Contractor shall prepare a monthly maintenance programme (the “Maintenance Programme”) in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer and submit the same to the Authority’s Engineer not later than 10 (ten) days prior to the commencement of the month in which the Maintenance is to be carried out. For this purpose a joint monthly inspection by the Contractor and the Authority’s Engineer shall be undertaken. The Maintenance Programme shall contain the following: (a) The condition of the road in the format prescribed by the Authority’s Engineer; (b) the proposed maintenance Works; and (c) deployment of resources for maintenance Works.
