The Technical Section clause defines the specific technical requirements, standards, and specifications that must be met under the agreement. Technical Section. The Technical Section of the proposal shall specifically address the manner in which the proposer will meet the minimum requirements present below in Section X. Proposer shall address the quantitative and qualitative resources to the accomplishment of these requirements. The proposal shall provide enough information so that the evaluators will be able to determine the proposer’s ability to meet each requirement set forth below. Simply paraphrasing the RFP statement of requirements will not be sufficient data for the evaluation and may be considered as a non-responsive proposal response.

Technical Section. This section shall contain three (3) work plans – one for each IOM Work Authorization phase of the project – to accomplish the project. Independent research studies – Include a bibliography of scholarly research studies that have been conducted indicating the effectiveness of the product/services described in the proposal. c. Documented achievement results – Include documented achievement results associated with the proposal as described. Support achievement result claims with verifiable source information. d. School district references – Provide several school district references (including district names, address, telephone, and contact person) that can thoroughly discuss their experiences with the vendor in most or all of the areas indicated in this proposal document. Ensure that School District Reference contacts are aware they have been referenced. References will be thoroughly checked.
