Telephone and Electronic Communications. 13.1 Our employees may call you to discuss the Agreement and the Services without being expressly invited to make such a call.
Telephone and Electronic Communications. For quality control or confirmation purposes, you consent to the monitoring and/or recording of your telephone conversations or computer sessions with us. While we generally advise you of such recordings in advance, you acknowledge and agree that we may monitor and record communications at any time without further notice to you or other parties to such communications concerning your Account or transactions.
Telephone and Electronic Communications. You agree that your telephone and electronic communications with us may be monitored and recorded to improve member service and security. When you give us your mobile number, we have your permission to contact you at that number about all of your Credit Union accounts. Your consent allows us to use text messaging, artificial or prerecorded voice messages and automatic dialing technology for informational and account service calls, but not for telemarketing (sales) calls. It may include contact from companies working on our behalf to service your accounts. Message and data rates may apply. You may contact us at any time to revoke your consent. If you give us your email address, you agree that we may send servicing messages (such as fraud alerts and hold alerts) related to your accounts to that address.

We may randomly monitor and record our telephone conversations and electronic communications (including chat, email, and other electronic media) with you for quality assurance, training, fraud and security purposes. We usually do not record telephone calls or communications without notice to you; however, unless the law requires otherwise, you consent in advance to such recording and monitoring, and we do not need to remind you. By giving us a telephone number (including a cell, a wireless, or mobile phone number) or email address you consent to receiving calls, text messages, and emails from us and our affiliates, vendors, and agents for our everyday business purposes (including identity verification) using the contact information you provided. You acknowledge and agree that such telephone calls may include, but are not limited to, live operator calls, text messages, artificial or prerecorded messages/or calls made using automated technology. You also consent to receiving text messages and emails from us for marketing purposes at the contact information you provided, consistent with our privacy notice. Message and data rates may apply, and you agree that we will not be liable to you for any fees, inconvenience, annoyance or loss of privacy in connection with such communications. You understand that this consent to communicate for marketing purposes is not a condition to receiving or obtaining our services, and you may contact us anytime to change these preferences. If any of your contact information (including any telephone number or email addresses) changes, or if you cease to be the owner, subscriber or primary user of your telephone number or email address, you agree to immediately give us notice of such facts so that we may update our records.
Telephone and Electronic Communications. You hereby authorize the clearing Agent Group to monitor and/or record any or all telephone and/or electronic communications between you and the Clearing Agent Group or any of the Clearing Agent Group employees or agents. You agree that such recordings may be used in connection with a dispute between the parties. You acknowledge that the Clearing Agent Group may determine not to make or keep such recordings and that such determination shall not in any way affect any party’s rights.
Telephone and Electronic Communications. 8.1 An Authorised Representative may request Navigate to accept Orders by telephone, or electronic communications. When contacted by telephone, Navigate may check the authority of the caller by requesting the caller give his or her name and confirming that such name has been notified to Navigate by the Client as an Authorised Representative. Upon such check confirming the identity of the caller, Navigate may rightfully assume that the caller has the full authority as previously notified by the Client.

We may send communications electronically, such as by email or text message, rather than through U.S. mail or other means, unless the law says otherwise.
Telephone and Electronic Communications. User understands and agrees that XxxxxxXxxx may record and monitor any telephone or electronic communications with the User. Unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance, XxxxxxXxxx does not consent to the recording of telephone conversations by any third party of the User. User acknowledges and understands that not all telephone or electronic communications are recorded by XxxxxxXxxx, and WisdomTree does not guarantee that recordings of any particular telephone or electronic communications will be retained or are capable of being retrieved.
