TEMPORARY AND PART-TIME EMPLOYEES. (a) A temporary employee is one employed for a special project or for a specified time, in either case not to exceed ninety (90) calendar days, except by mutual agreement. The Union shall be notified in writing as to the nature of the employment and the duration of such employment. A part-time employee is one who is hired to work regularly less than seventy five (75) percent of the workweek provided for in this Agreement.
