Temporary Duty Leave. An employee may be assigned temporary duty away 4 from his regular job. Temporary duty may include participation in surveys, meetings, study 5 courses, workshops and similar services. Such assignment may be initiated by the Superintendent 6 or the employee with consideration given to the disruption of the work place that the temporary 7 duty may cause. Temporary duty is not to be charged as personal or sick leave. The employee and 8 the Superintendent must mutually agree on temporary duty.
