Common use of Temporary Job Openings Clause in Contracts

Temporary Job Openings. (a) Temporary job openings are defined as job vacancies that may periodically develop in any job classification that will not exceed thirty (30) consecutive days and will be filled in accordance with 13.5 above. Job openings that recur on a regular basis and/or that remain open more than sixty (60) consecutive days at a time shall not be considered temporary job openings.

Temporary Job Openings. (a) Temporary job openings are defined as job vacancies that may periodically develop openings in any job classification that will do not exceed thirty six (306) consecutive days and will be filled in accordance with 13.5 abovemonths duration. Job openings that recur on a regular basis and/or and that remain open more than sixty six (606) consecutive days months at a time shall not be considered temporary job openings. The Employer shall provide a quarterly report to the Local Union Secretary of all temporary job openings which shall include the name of the employee in the position, the rate of pay for the position, the date the temporary employee was hired and the department in which the temporary position is located.
