Temporary Performance of Higher Duties. (a) Where the Employer designates an Employee to temporarily perform the duties of a higher paid in-scope classification, for a period of one (1) day or longer, the Employee shall be paid a premium of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour or such higher amount as may be determined by the employer.
