Temporary Performance of Higher Duties. An employee who is assigned higher duties shall be paid accordingly to the promotional formula: of a minimum increase of 8% of gross salary or the next step in the TPHD classification whichever is greater. Tuition fees for employer required classes or education shall be paid by the employer. An employee may request funding for additional educational opportunities of the Board. The Board shall not unreasonably deny requests that may contribute to the performance of ones work duties.
