Temporary Recall. a) When temporarily recalled, laid off employees shall be paid the appropriate rate of pay for the classifications in which they are working; b) A laid-off employee who works a minimum of eighty (80) hours in a month shall qualify for the benefits listed in Article 12.03 (c) for the following month.
