Temporary Transfers. The Employer reserves the right to temporarily transfer employees in order to meet its operational needs. An employee temporarily transferred for a period of more than one (1) day shall receive the minimum rate of pay for the classification to which he is transferred or the rate of pay for the classification to which he is regularly assigned, whichever is higher.
