Common use of Temporary Transfers Clause in Contracts

Temporary Transfers. In the event an employee is assigned to a job other than that to which he/she is permanently assigned for a minimum of one (1) hour or more, he/she shall receive his/her own rate or the rate of the job to which he/she is assigned, whichever is the higher, for all hours worked in the assigned position.
