TENANT’S CONSENT. The undersigned, tenant in possession of the land described in the foregoing instrument, in consideration of the payments to Grantor as therein provided, hereby adopts and joins in the execution of same and consents to the enjoyment by the Grantee of the rights granted therein.

TENANT’S CONSENT. THE TENANT covenants that within ten (10) business days of Tenant’s receipt, it will if and whenever reasonably required by the Landlord, and at the Landlord’s expense, If necessary, consent to and become a party to any reasonable instrument relating to this Lease, including the delivery of statements as of the status of this Lease, which may be required by or on behalf of any purchaser, mortgagee or insurer or other person, firm or corporation, which may have an interest in the Leased Premises and in addition to cause this Lease to be subordinated to any incidental mortgage or charge against the lands and building of which the Leased Premises form part.
