Tenure Grievance. If any teacher has a complaint regarding any condition of employment covered by the Michigan Teacher Tenure Act, such complaint or grievance shall be dealt with exclusively through the provisions of said Act and the established procedure thereof. Tenure grievances are not subject to the grievance procedure.
